When I entered the building 5 employees were there and all had eyes on me at one point but none greeted or acknowledge me. While waiting for someone to acknowledge me I saw that my order was at the end of the oven with breadsticks that were burning and one even falling with my pizza pushing it off. An employee then appeared (assuming the manager on duty the only one wearing green?) thankfully washed her hands then was gathering my food while throwing my burnt breadsticks in the garbage. An order of breadsticks is supposed to be 10 I received 6 with no explanation or concern knowing I just watched her do it all.
Horrible service would not return to this location again.

I ordered the Valentines day heart pizza and it was no where near the shape of a heart. It was cold, burnt & oddly shaped. The oreo bites we ordered were burnt and not good also. I do not recommend!

Ordered the works pizza, they added nothing on the pizza except barely any pizza sauce and banana peppers. Forgot all of my sauces and seasonings as well as pepporchinni peppers I paid for, oh and good thing I asked for my 2 liter I also paid for otherwise I would’ve never received it. Never coming back here again 👎

When Papa John’s originally started making the Papadias I love them. They were wonderful but the last two times that I ordered one I picked up my order and there was no Parmesan on the outside of it like I paid for and they made it out of a pizza crust. It was horrible. I don’t plan to buy anymore because they changed the crust. In the pictures for advertisement, it’s not made out of pizza crust that’s called fault advertisement. I got to papa johns 10 minutes before my order was to be ready. They told me 10 minutes. It was over 20 minutes and was never asked again about my order until another customer told them to check on me. Supposedly they were having technical issues. No one was running the front or taking charge.
Believe the reviews.... Ordered 3 large pizzas. All 3 are mainly just crust and not good crust. 1 pizza was wrong. Don't waste your money

Absolutely the worst customer service during the day. Usually it’s poorly made pizza but today it’s the horrible customer service. Definitely my last time coming and will be making a report to the manager. Below are the lovely wings I bought. When I took it back in I opened the container to show her and with the nastiest attitude she says so you want me to remake them. Um duh. She’s slamming drawers and cabinets because she got a taste of her own rude attitude. If you don’t like someone having an attitude with disrespect what makes you thinks others want to deal with it. I’ll just go elsewhere.

Ordered pizza from here on door dash. It took over an hour to get my food and 2 separate drivers showed up and it still wasn’t ready. They shorted me an entire pizza and my cheese bread didn’t have any cheese on it.
