Penn Station East Coast Subs

One thing I can say is the food comes out hot. A lot of fast food places can't make that claim.

I got a teriyaki sub and my Wife a ham sub with fries and large drink. Delicious!

Came in by myself,gave my order ,waited about a min for the other staff to come out of the back. Paid. Sat down waiting ,I knew tthere was a gentleman before me waiting. As I wait I notice the guy who i paid was just standing there. The while time the lady is taking orders for a family of 4 and 1 more individual. Hes just standing there. The lady then starts making food. The man in front of me gets theres,then the 4 top. The the lady who came last get there food. Mind you they just gave a whole basket of fries to the 4 top. I WAS WAITNG ON THE FRIES THE WHOLE TIME! I told them I wanted a refund. I told them to get there stuff together, the guy could of made all of my stuff the whole time she was taking orders. Worst service ive ever had at any location.

First time being at a Penn Station. Delicious and fresh food, great and friendly service (thank you Jason!), and the atmosphere was nice, calm and pleasant for an impromptu date. No complaints!

The guys were awesome (helpful and engaging) the girl working seemed to get upset when asked to wear gloves. I explained all of the sweat glands that are in hands while they packaged my food up. She reluctantly put the gloves on for my sandwich. I went to the car and doubled back for more fries , when I did, she’d taken her gloves back off to make the next sandwich. Just a heads up!

Clean it up inside and you can have another star

Good service. Good stuff. Pretty much been my experience with all penn stations, but that's also pretty amazing they have fair consistently over their franchise locations that I have visited.

Service was great but the place smells like sewage and it seems like the store doesnt care

Food and employees were good as any restaurant should be an my order came out fine but the place just had a odd smell that threw off the whole experience. Smell effects how food taste an for that I was happy I brought my food to the car before eating there

Very flavorful sandwiches and fries! I recommend the Philly beef or Italian.
