Got two subs and specifically asked for no mayo, pizza sauce, and banana peppers, hot all three on one of the subs. Had to throw the sub out because my partner can't have any mayo. Very disappointed. Got asked TWICE about what we didn't want on the own sub and it was still wrong. Nice employees just need to pay attention to the order.

This is the saddest sandwich I've ever seen from Penn Station and I've been eating there for years. There is no cheese, no veggies (except teriyaki mushrooms, onions & peppers). My sub usually has provolone, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes but obviously the guy taking my order didn't run through the options. I told him the only thing I didn't want was banana peppers. I guess I'll have to order Jersey Mike's from now on. When I called to let them know that the sandwich was not right the woman told me that it was right!! What??!

Just plain Nasty. We were the first ones in when it opened. Trash under tables and soda counter. Tables were filthy and sticky. Shoes were literally sticking to the floor and had to clean them off when we got home as they were still sticking to my kitchen floor when we got home. In my opinion the health department should shut this place down. Gave one star only because it is required to post a review

They close at 10pm. I'm tired of coming to this store at 9:30pm to locked doors and the open sign on, with a bunch of employees standing around inside with all the lights on. Idk what the issue is, but they either need to change the hours posted online and on the door, or police their employees better if they are just locking the door to avoid working late.

3:00 on a sat. Well after the lunch rush. Female bathroom NOT usable!!! Not one table was cleaned off. Floor is sticky. The two star is only for how polite the cook was. But I still won’t be back.

Had an online order. When I went to pick-up was completely ignored by the staff. Waited patiently to be assisted. Another customer walked in and was assisted immediately. I informed them I was waiting as well and was ignored again. Stood there waiting and when he decided to address me I asked for a refund.
