Traveling thru and stopped towards late evening. Customer service was great and food was hot…glad I made the pit stop!!

Great food always. Never disappointed. The meat and chicken is always so flavorful and the place is always clean.

So very good! Try the Lemonade. For sure, get the fries!

The food at this restaurant is really good, and I can’t deny that. However, I cannot, in good conscience, support this establishment due to my experience as an employee. There were times when I was disrespected by others, including those in management positions who were also breaking policies that were clearly written, even when I was doing the job correctly. I understand that there is no such thing as a perfect workplace, but it is hard to overlook how some other employees and I were treated. I truly hope that future employees and customers will have a better experience here than I did.

went to penn station today and the lady that took our order wasn’t very friendly and nice. i get home and my fries are so salty that they aren’t even good and our 10 dollar sandwich are so thin and small it’s ridiculous!! do better penn station

My husband and I drive 20 minutes to go here at least once a week. Highly recommend the Philly! The fries are awesome and abundant. Love the lil extra in the bag and with malt vinegar, just like the fair! ?
It's also a fave with my son and daughter in law who recommend the Italian, which I would try if it wasn't for that Philly! I am sure I wouldn't be disappointed with anything I ordered. The staff is always attentive and accommodating. Think I have to make a trip tonight!! ?

Hanna did a great job, in showing great customer service with follow thru, I had a company party I needed a meal provided for and she took time and got manager approval in less than 24hours to make that happen, which they typically don’t do, the day Manager Chris was awesome he allowed me to come in a lil bit earlier prior to opening to make sure I received my order for my meeting on time and helped me take it to the car!! Highly suggest the West Main location, clean store and great customer service and food was delicious ?
