Not a fan of being prompted to tip twice as a way to guilt me into tipping. I pay online and choose not to tip there because they never answer their phones and send it to some call center. When you pay online you can’t choose no tip either. You have to choose a custom tip and put 0.00 in. Then, when I go in for pickup, the lady who works there (on multiple occasions) prompts me to tip again as if I have to go through that in order to get a receipt for my purchase. This isn’t necessary as I’ve shopped here for years. It’s another way to prompt and hopefully guilt people into tipping for something that’s never required or requested tipping before. It’s gross and tip culture is gross. Stop guilting your patrons j to tipping because you’re staff isn’t paid enough.

I ordered delivery from there I was going to tip him but he was very rude and very unprofessional. So I decided against tipping him. The food was also not good. I woke up this morning to see I had a charge of 5 dollars added to my account with pizza hut. Was told it was the tip I filled out. Which I stated I did not do. But in the end they can keep that 5 dollars I will never order or recommend you ever order from here....

Pizza Hut is my favorite chain pizza restaurant. I’ve work at one for a year as a teenager. But this specific one is terrible. Won’t answer the phones. Very rude to me, after showing up to change something on my order for family just minutes later after placing order. I asked why they didn’t pick up the phone after calling 8 separate time. “*snobs* ugh Very busy day. Sorry.” He said rudely. It’s a Tuesday, at 9mp. I could visible see the kitchen not busy at all. My guess would be they didn’t care… or it was the personal stereo they had blasting throughout the store. Hope a regional manager gets in there soon cause this store is awful.

Call centers system down for payment but placed order so transferred to local store which wouldn’t pick up with 5 calls. Finally gave them payment info and DoorDash delivered saying it wasn’t paid for. No way for me to prove I paid. Kept getting no answer at store. Finally I told the DoorDash guy he needed to go back to where he got the pizza and take it up with them. He didn’t seem to grasp what I was telling him. He asked for the pizza back and I said no so he said he’d call police. No police showed up. Just a huge mess up. I hate these big call centers that can’t handle any issues when things go wrong. Local store totally run horribly!

Ordered on line. Food delivered quick, but pizza was wrong. After numerous times (over 10 tries) someone finally answered the phone. After telling them my pizza was wrong, they told me I was wrong and they delivered the right thing. Literally had to drive up there and show them that I received a small not large I ordered, and no toppings when there should have been 4. And the pizza they gave me was undercooked. After showing them the pizza they took it and threw it in the trash and told me to leave. Don’t even know if I’m getting a refund or not yet.

Ordered online and called multiple times to check on my order and add an item. No answer. I get it if you guys are busy or short staffed, but if the person at the register can’t answer once within 3 phone calls and atleast acknowledge me and maybe put me on hold for a few mins if needed then whatever… not even going to pick the order up. This is a Monday night by the way, not like it’s Friday or Saturday. Oh well..
I hope the food didn’t go to waste but the lack of even the most basic customer service makes me question the quality of the food in general. I’ll just get pizza from the place next door, they are higher priced but atleast they answer the phone when your a paying customer
Edit: didn’t even call me back at all or try to see if I was going to pick up my order. Whoever owns this location (if franchised) is screwed haha
