Ordered a pizza tonight, it was supposed to have green olives on it for my kids. Instead of green olives they covered it in sliced jalapeños. When I called them about it I was told that they needed to get a manager but was just left on hold.

I ordered food Wednesday night around 7 o’clock an hour has went by me and my daughter still didn’t never receive our food. I made a phone call. I was told the delivery driver delivered our food and we opened the door and received our food. We did not get any food we proceed to head up to the store to either get our refund or get our food and we were told we cannot get either no refund because we ate the food we had to get out in a snow blizzard the manager of the Gold Road store proceeded to call the police get us, escorted out of the store with no refund and no food

They messed up my order and I am good on them forreal so I suggest no one to eat there don't waste your money forreal. And they also let criminals work there that take your card number down and do fraud and they do nothing about it because that happen to me one of the employees there that took my order and I used my credit card she took my card information down and over the phone and then after I ordered my stuff and got my food then she turns around and does fraud making hotel charges with card information she had from when I ordered my food I had to go through a lot to get my credit card back right and got a new card and number and reported fraud I told the boss at Pizza Hut about the situation but till this day I don't know if the owner/manager fire the girl that did that this happen November 5, 2024 in the wee hours around 1 or 2 AM in the morning. Ever since then I have not order anything from pizza hut please I warn just be careful don't use credit card use cash if you want to get some food from there

Worst service I have ever received from this store. 3 pizzas and they couldn't get it right. As for Cam and the help at the counter, they are the rudest people. I was understandably upset at having to wait more than 2 hours for a decent pizza. I dont appreciate them speaking to me like they did. Cam still tried to insist there was sauce on the pizza even though I brought it back and showed them there was NO SAUCE. They also say they dont know who the district manager is, PLEASE.
Excellent service over the phone from Chris the general manager. Very helpful and friendly guy, went above & beyond to solidify my order. Pizzas look great, hot, zero mistakes. Will definitely order again.

My sons football team had their first win, so we took the whole team for pizza. My husband called ahead to let them know a big party was coming. We ordered 10 pizzas, which came out fast and delicious! The store donated sodas to the team and the kids, as well as the adults had an awesome time celebrating our win! I would definitely go back, just because the workers were awesome and the food was good. But if we get another win, we will definitely be back there to celebrate!
