Changing my 1 star to 5, I see a lot of other 1 stars based on people's accent from here. That's ridiculous. on the other hand I used to get poor food quality from here from people with perfect English. I'm pretty sure we are here for good food, not conversation. Good job management. To the workers as well, but management puts good workers in place. Kudos

It used to be the worst Popeyes I ever went to even made me almost dislike the spicy chicken sandwhich which is my favorite because it was put together so poorly. Since your change in team and Management it is now the best popeyes in sw mi. It has been steadily getting better everytime I have went. Hot fresh made how you expect it to be. Completely happy

This location messed up my last two orders. First time they forgot my 5 biscuits, I had to drive 25 minutes back to get them. They didn't make it right. No compensation for my time wasted and driving back. Emailed corporate, they sucked! No response or accountability. 2nd time I checked before I left to make sure my order was correct, nope they forgot the biscuits again, also my chicken was mild chicken rather than Spicy. Today they got everything right good job! Please, just get our orders right. Attention to detail, no side conversations. Get the job done first. Make sure you check your order before you leave.
This is a new store. It seemed like they hadn't quite got the routine figured out yet. The ladies at the counter were a little hard for me to understand, they spoke with a strong Spanish accent. They were present and the store was pretty clean considering the winter conditions outside. We sat in the dining room for over 15 minutes waiting for our order. The food is typical Popeyes, nothing really special. The prices seem a little above average, but with everything being more expensive, they probably aren't much outside the average. Seating is sparse, so large family's might find it cramped.

We use to love Popeyes. They have went down hill so fast. We were there a day ago. They did not speak good English so there was a communication gap. We received the wrong food and when I said something about it the woman just smiled and said thankyou!! Thank you for messing my order up?? It was very dirty and the floor was soaked so bad both of us almost fell. I nicely told the cashier but she did nothing!! What happened to "safety first"? We will never return there again and this was our fourth try with this place. They suck

2nd time in 1 week we received the wrong side of mashed potatoes. This time, i went back and the manager was very cold..how hard is it to follow the receipt? I had to drive back and be interrogated while the rest of my food got cold at home. It's rediculous.

Three times in a row you guys have messed up a simple order. I asked three times today for blacked ranch and fry’s. You read it back to me the correct way I pull off and start eating my food. You completely messed up my order once again. Absolutely ridiculous. I have eaten at this chain in 5 different states and have never had as many issues as I do with this location.

I went to Popeyes 12/3/24 I ordered 24 tailgate wings, 3 large redbeans and rice, 3 chicken sandwiches. The wings were terrible, sandwiches were really dry , then redbeans and rice had no flavor, weren’t filled to the top. My family had requested Popeyes that night for dinner. So I went thru the drive thru , waited 20 minutes for my order. tried to call couldn’t get through. So I decided to post this. Maybe this will get some attention. We were very very upset. Terrible food I won’t go back ever. I want a refund !!
