The crew was very polite and professional. The chicken could have used just a bit more spice, the coleslaw was ok, but having said that I would still go back :)

The absolute slowest Popeyes anywhere on this earth. They have 4 employees who speak no English at all. And one person running the counter and drive through. If you order online you can sit and watch your food sit in the window for 5-10,minutes easily. Dont ever try to address the Spanish speaking employees they just walk away. Even though they couldn't easily hand out prepared orders. Do not recommend under any circumstances.

I have a hate/love relationship with this location. I think the food tastes pretty good each time I go here, dare I say delicious. But for some reason, every single time I go there they mess up the order in some way and it is beyond frustrating. I cant trust them whatsoever and I always pull off to the side to check the order when I go through the drive through. I shouldn't have to rummage every single box, bag, and corner of my order just to see if its all there. But every time they miss a sauce, or a honey, or a biscut, or even a whole tender. I just dont get it.

Terrible customer service. Very bad language barrier!! Drive-thru order 12 wings..says 5 mins, pull to side to wait, then had to go in after 15 min. Took another 15 min to get the food!! Terrible service!!
They are terrible. The food is cold. They won’t allow you to pick up, but they also will give you an order that isn’t fresh.

I believe they are under new management because this place has completely turned around! Last two times I went it was PERFECT. The Mac and cheese is perfect, the biscuits are perfect, I wish the shrimp was higher quality but the company won't change that. Always fresh and exceptional quality and service this year.
