The three of us had 3 different drinks, Brussel sprouts appetizer, 3 different entrees and the peanut butter banana split dessert and EVERYTHING was AMAZING. Service was excellent, decor was intimate but rustic, and atmosphere was super chill. Would highly recommend for a date night or girls night!

Overall a good experience. Found street parking a short walk away. Had some nice cocktails and recommend the hot, pillowy cheddar biscuits to start. Market fish with risotto was nicely prepared. Gnocchi with mushrooms was tasty but so garlicky we were enjoying it the next day. Clean washrooms and good service.

Absolutely incredible! We went for the first time yesterday and got a table at 9pm on a Saturday with no wait. Which, after we tried the food and drink, was truly surprising given how incredible it was!

Especially great selection of non-alcoholic cocktails, and don't skip dessert (the chocolate pudding was the best we'd ever had). Super friendly server too.

Good atmosphere

My boyfriend and I were visiting from Chicago & last minute, we decided to have dinner at Principle-- and I'm GO GLAD we did!
- The service is wonderful. The staff is super sweet, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun.
- The cocktails are so, so good.
- And the food... the food is ridiculously good. We had the Roast Chicken & the Flank Steak -- HIGHLY recommend both. Right now, the chicken is served with creamed corn and it was honestly one of my favorite dishes I've ever had.
