Just had Q It Up cater a company X-mas party at the Gilmore Car Museum and couldn’t be more pleased. Excellent communication, custom tailored menu and phenomenal food. Not sure how Pit Master Mike kept the open pit going in 17 degree weather, but the finished product was hot and mouth watering. I highly recommend these folks for legit Santa Maria style BBQ for your event! Cheers
Bryan and his team are outstanding! As a wedding vendor myself I have had a lot of bbq but they don’t stand a chance against Que it up! We got married on 10.25.25 and had SO MANY people come up and tell us how much they loved the food! You cannot go Wrong with Que it up!
The team at Q It Up is absolutely next level! They made the process of catering our wedding a breeze, from the menu selection, communication, and contracting, all the way to the wedding and packing up the leftovers, we were blown away! Our guests are still telling us how good the Tri-Tip Sirloin, Chicken Thighs, Cheesy Potatoes, and salsa were months later! (We may have even had a few guests from Texas admit it was the best BBQ they've ever had!)
