QDOBA Mexican Eats

Went to Qdoba today, the staff was nice and helped me use tap and pay when I was confused. The nachos were perfect. next time I would like my quesadilla to be cooked more though. My husband thought it was cooked perfectly so it was probably just me being picky.

One person working on a busy Tuesday night at dinner time is unacceptable

Waited too long for a pickup as someone had to speak up. Behind counter floor covered in bags. Burritos cold in the middle. Not coming back. $20.

2/9 another poor service and and rude manager at west main location. System shutdown while paying and charged me twice with out voiding or refunding.
2/14 return to same locatio. Bad mistake! it was a mess in there, tables and chairs were not cleaned, it was cold, manager lady was still rude. Employees were slow and food was sitting out cold as they were made but cashier was slow. My meal was cold by time sat down to eat. Lady ahead had 1 item but was paying with a $100 bill. They had a sign posted no $100 bills. They took for ever verified the bill and took for ever getting the cash back. They were not prepared for today's rush!

Recently went to the west main location and had a very unpleasant experience. The blonde lady (I think she’s the manager) was very unprofessional and rude. The few times I’ve been in before there was a different manager working that was very friendly. I’m not sure what’s going on but I won’t be going to the west main location anymore

Went here for dinner tonight - upon selection of my food, meat was placed on only about 2/3 of the burrito shell. After most of the toppings were on I asked for pickled onions inside my entree and got a huffing sound from the employee and then they proceeded to place an extremely large amount of pickled onions in my entree (tbh ruined the food). Was not asked about sides of guac or sour cream etc, and had to specifically request these before checking out. When eating the guac, I noticed it was in very un-mashed form and when I bit down on a large un-mashed avocado slice I early broke a tooth as there was hard avocado pits within it.

Also, the cash register was apparenly broken and only accepted tap to pay or cash. Was not informed of this before preparing my entree, so I suppose this establishment was lucky that I had tap to pay set up oh my phone.... otherwise they'd have made food which I'd have walked out on.

Probably will be driving down to drake road next time for improved service and facilities at the Qdoba there.

This location has had worse and worse management over the past several months. Went in today around 6:30. There was only one person working the front for the line of customers, and several people in the back yelling at each other. The person working the front started yelling for some help from the people in the back, and finally one person came out, then he left too, while everyone else stayed in the back and continued to yell at each other, watch videos on their phones, and joke around while one employee struggled in the front by himself. Left without food and went to Chipotle.

This particular day they had no chicken and no one seemed to know when it would be done. It seems that all of the Qdobas in the area have gone down in their service and their cleanliness

45 min to make two items with absolutely no one in the store. Employees laughing and joking around instead of making orders.

This location needs to get rid of that woman manager. She is not nice. Has an attitude. And is very unprofessional & doesn't know how to run a restaurant. It's awful. This location has gone downhill in a big way, since she has been there. I wanted my normal chicken nachos. Nope, you can't have rice on it any more. So instead of saying you can buy rice for an upcharge etc. It was an automatic NO. Well I won't come here, without the rice and large amount of queso that comes with the nachos. I want, what I always get. So we won't be coming back. Since I was told NO, I won't be back.

Service is quick, staff is attentive and pleasant, food is served in a decent manner and the quantity is great! We love coming to grab a burrito bowl/burritos or quesadillas for lunch or a quick snack! Great place to try if you are near the area.

Portions are unbelievably small in comparison to other qdoba locations. It’s like they purposely give you small portions to try to get you to buy extra. The guac was also super sour. The one thing I will say is the chicken was better than it usually is.. not enough for us to ever come back to this location

just close your doors if u are out of everything why do u have workers standing around if u dont have food to serve? i guess they could clean but we no thats not gonna happin?
