The lady doing mobile orders on Friday nights is disrespectful and lazy. My order was to be picked up between 9:24pm-9:34pm, and I arrived at 9:34pm on the dot. She didn't start making my order until 15 minutes later, asked me my name while she was making it and then put it on the shelf instead of handing me the bag and/or even telling me it was my order. She continued to make another order while knowing I was still waiting. Eventually another worker came over, asked me my name and handed me my food. After that long wait, the food sucked. Small proportion and burrito looks like it was rolled by a preschooler.

I had pick up order, completely wrong and messy had the carnitas bowl. Didn't get the cilantro , corn salsa, or pick on it and barely any meat . Very disappointing pregnant and have been craving and don't eat out often was very disappointed :(

The food is terrible. It's like it's Bern sitting out. And there's a mess everywhere between , and on containers. I e never eaten here before. I had mentioned that I can't have cilantro, or spicy. They could have put more effort into trying to find some kind of a better bowl for me. They were being chincy with the servings too. Absolute worst meal ever and for 20+ $ never again.

We purchased nachos and basically all ingredients were dumped in a bowl with cheese on the bottom with a bag a very plain chips on the side. The chips were thin and mostly broken so you could not even use as.dippers. Very disappointing at any price - but it was $12 for that. Avoid QDOBA's nachos - they are NOT nachos and should be removed from the menu.
