This place is one of the worst fast food restaurants in the area. They constantly get my order wrong.

They're somehow often out of ingredients 4 hours before closing (how are you out of black beans at 7pm on a weekday?)

The service is God awful. If you order on the app, it is rarely on time. Even if it is, it will be sitting on the counter behind them just needing to be bagged for literally 10 minutes. This happened even when they asked who the order was for, so they knew I was there. I would have said something, but I thought "no way they have it just sitting there when they know I'm here. That can't be my order, right?".

Today, I show up within the time the app told me. They hadn't even started working on my order, but it wasn't a big deal so I just sat and waited. The woman out front said loudly, multiple times "he's already here for his bowl". Already? Again, I was within the time the app told me. Then 3 other people come out of the back while they just leave my finished bowl sitting on the counter. Bear in mind, there were a whole two customers in the restaurant when I got there, so it isn't like they were slammed.

From now on, I'm just going to go to the other side of town just to avoid this place. The food is often times not what I ordered, the chicken is always burnt, and the service is worse than any McDonalds or Taco Bell I have been to.

I bought a delivery order at around 6:10 pm and paid the delivery fee, and had an estimated delivery time, after the order was placed my status had changed from the standard “driver is picking up order” at around 7:20pm “driver is headed your way” and then driver has handed order to you. When I received that message I immediately contacted the driver to see whom she handed my order to and she responded oh I will go back I then requested she contact me after she returned back.. I then contacted her three different times to figure out what was going on and nothing so I contacted the store and they said “the driver never picked up the order” so I contacted the driver and she said something got messed up I need to contact the restaurant and ask them for another driver… I talked to the worker at the restaurant and they told me “it’s door dashes problem” and then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pick up my order or contact DoorDash so not only did. (In my head the whole time I was thinking I placed my order through your site not DoorDash!!!! That is money that was 100% wasted! I had to pay the delivery fee, but I didn’t get my food until almost 830 and it was cold. I would 100% give zero stars if that was possible but the restaurant was clean so they deserved a little something. I am really upset that I spent almost $30 for a cold burrito!!!

I ordered online, and it took 40 minutes for my food to be prepared while 10 people got their food even though I ordered way before them. When I arrived, my order had been sitting out for 20 minutes without the staff noticing or putting it on the online order tray. There was no apology, and the staff was rude throughout the interaction. Overall, a disappointing experience slow service, unprofessional staff, and lackluster food. I want my money back and won’t be returning.

I had the Best most amazing brownie ? Ever here! And their soda fountain is So Cool! It's all touchscreen with So many options! The staff is really friendly and helpful and the food was great! I have 0 complaints about my dining experience here.

The food here is absolutely amazing! The workers make the whole experience not worth while. They act annoyed when you tell them what you would like, and on top of that they will dismiss you when you even ask for something. It doesn’t matter if that food is good if the workers ruin your experience.

This restaurant shows such a sad display of incompetence. There was one guy who knew what he was doing at the beginning of the line. The kid at the cash register put on a good show though because he was so stoned that it became amusing to watch him fumble around and try to check people out. I stood in line for 20 minutes to finally get my food and, of course, it was cold by the time I took a seat. First time I’ve been to this Qdoba and it will be the last.

My food didn't taste good. I ordered the new habanero lime steak, and it honestly wasn't what I expected. The place wasn't very clean, the bathroom smelled really bad, and the employees could improve their customer service. Overall, it was an average experience. Honestly, when a place isn't very clean, the food isn't enjoyed in the same way. The Coke machine wasn't working.

My food did not have a good flavor, I ordered the new habanero lime steak and the truth was it was not what I expected, the place was not very clean, the bathroom smelled very bad and the employees could improve their customer service in general, a regular experience, The truth is, when a place is not very clean, the food is not enjoyed in the same way, the Coca Cola did not work.
