This place needs management/leadership badly. Always seems very disorganized. The online ordering needs to go. They don’t know how to manage those order with the walk ins. A Corperate manager visit and retraining is desperately needed.

Only for the girl who was working the night of January 20th, so beautiful and kind, most people here in Michigan aren't beautiful in and out and she is, she's caring and I can tell she's tired but she's trying and I love that she still is. She's unique with her makeup and unique personality. I love you lady with brown hair that was in a bun and beautiful pink and yellow eyeshadow. You made my night! 🖤

This Gull Road location is TERRIBLE. Bad customer service, food is often not made, the grilled veggies are mush (if they are made), and it is ALWAYS FREEZING. It’s winter in Michigan, you’d think heat would be a no brainer. The only positive I have to give is that they finally had hot sauce—it’s been a LONG time since they did!

If you’re looking for the worst customer service in Kalamazoo, the Qdoba on Gull Road is the place to go. Let me walk you through my experience.

I placed an order online, thinking it would save me time. When I arrived, I was told my food would be ready in “5 minutes.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. I ended up waiting 20 minutes, watching people who ordered after me—not just one or two, but several—get their food first. From the time I placed my order online to when I actually received it, 45 minutes had passed. I could have jumped in line, ordered, eaten my food, and been halfway home before they got around to my online order.

But wait—it gets worse! When I finally received my food, it was incomplete. Two out of the three items I ordered were missing. Annoyed but hopeful, I went back inside to ask for the rest of my order. When I got home, I discovered they still hadn’t gotten it right. Not only was my Smoky Chicken Quesadilla missing, but they had given me someone else’s Grubhub burrito instead. Oh, and the sides I paid for? Nowhere to be found.

To top it all off, that Grubhub burrito wasn’t even good. So thanks for nothing, Suzan D.

In all seriousness, this Qdoba is a disaster. The delays, the mistakes, the sheer chaos of the operation—it’s unacceptable. If you value your time (and your appetite), avoid this place.

Very respectable management knows how to talk to guests, got it delivered, made it right.

The Battle Creek store needs to take lessons from these people.

Worst experience ever. Placed an online order at 7, didn't receive food till 7:50. Waited for 30 minutes after they said the food would be ready. The store told us that they couldn't make our food till every costumer that was a walk in was helped first. I work in fast food myself and that is not how that works. Store was not even that busy. Will not be coming back to this store again.

Out of the Ordinary

Pretty sure it’s against health code to be checking the meat, beans and queso cheese with the same thermometer cross contaminating everything then lightly wipe it off with a dry paper towel then check all the cold vegetables and cheese that are out on the counter then pull stuff out of the fridge and puncture through cling wrap to take temp but maybe I’m in the wrong here thinking this can cause some serious issues

Uneducated employs on the business they work for there has never been a up charge for a flour tortilla on 4 double meat burrito that I wanted but if u ask them to put it in a bowl there is now a upcharge for the burrito shell I just lost the last place I enjoyed and went too three times a week like they say u can go to culvers if u don't like it hear but I did like it I just can't see a upcharge for burrito flour tortilla

Hours posted state a 10:30am open time both online and on the store door. Doors were locked
Called the store and someone picked up and hung up on us.
We went to Two Fellas instead, apparently this Qdoba didn’t want our business

The staff was okay, but the establishment was absolutely disgusting. There was dirt all of the floor and not a single chair or table was clean. Upon trying to use the bathroom, noticed an employee in there watching tiktok on her phone so loud you could hear it through the door. We waited almost 15 minutes, knocked and nothing happened. We used the other restroom and it was absolutely revolting, it was not properly stocked and we are never going back. Also for the food, there was hair in it that was not our own, and I'm pretty sure their gaugamole was expired.
