I have eaten here several times and I always love the stuffed poblano pepper entre, but they also participated in the vegan chef challenge which was SO FUN !! It was like a 3 course little dinner menu and it was creative beautiful and thoughtful just like the stuffed poblano that is permanent on the menu.

Cool spot serving up dishes with big flavor and good service.

There aren’t a ton of vegan options on the menu at Roca, but they did have an interesting option! I got the vegan chile relleno. What wasn’t to like? Fried to perfection, great filling that was….well, filling, and tons of flavor. The dish was seasoned well, slightly smokey, and carried a nice level of acidity. Super impressed to find a vegan cream being incorporated here as well.

Service is always wonderful. I’ve gone several times and I just haven’t had a consistent food experience. Overall the foods always good but often things taste different or seems maybe they switch vendors. (Calamari option)
