I went there at 8:00 in the morning to get a fresh loaf of oatmeal bread on Tuesday, December 10th. The staff was not very helpful but when I finally got someone's attention I asked her if they had any freshly baked oatmeal bread she said whatever they had was on the rack and the freshest would be on the bottom. I foolishly bought a loaf thinking it was made that morning but when I got home it was clear it was day old bread. I paid $6 for yesterday's bread. One would think if you went to the store directly you could get bread that they made that morning or they would tell you that they didn't make it that day. Well, they got $6 from me but they won't get any more in the future. Never understand how stores think selling leftovers as fresh is going to keep customers coming back???

Tried to order sandwiches for an event three weeks out. Called Ryksys and explained what I was after and was told Ryan would call me back. A week passed without a response and called back and was told once again that Ryan needed to respond and that I needed to email him and to call back on Monday. She said they were too busy to take our order and couldn’t gaurentee the order would be ready two weeks out. I guess their business doesn’t need ours. Terrible communication and will never use Ryksys again.

This is a bakery/restaurant combo, so prepare for the smell of fresh baked bread, yummy muffins and pies. Service is friendly. Menu is a little bit pricey. Chicken salad is great. Drive through the country is inviting. Special place for a special day's adventure!

Really disappointed in takeout from here. I ordered and got there promptly, so I know my food didn't sit for long, and there was a huge hole in the bottom of my takeout box, my food went everywhere when I picked it up. I saved most of it by flopping the takeout box over but it still made a mess and lost some food. Then I cut into my cinnamon roll, the whole reason of going to Rykses really, and there is one tiny band of cinnamon in it; it is all bread and frosting with barely any cinnamon swirl on the inside. So unappealing and disappointing for for the $30+ I spent on breakfast and tip. Wow, not the Rykses I remember.

It was a bummer but our fault not realizing they quit serving anything on their menu after 2, except for what's in the case and fridges most of those options are desserts icecream or a few types of sandwiches; turkey and chicken salad wraps then some bottled drinks, whichever way the food was good and the location is nice and relaxing

Food was fresh & absolutely amazing!! Definitely will give a rating of 10/10. I ordered farmers market bowl and my fiancé ordered a BLT we both enjoyed our food! Also to mention their cinnamon roll is so moist & soft real huge!! So good

Really love this place the food taste great, the staff are nice people, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. My only one little complaint is that for many for the dishes at Rykes are small in size for the price that you pay but the quality is at least there so still worth it highly recommend !

Very fresh and flavorful. Had the chorizo bowl and burrito. They were out of chorizo so we substituted bacon. Very good breakfast. Not your usual greasy spoon. This is my kind of breakfast! Green onions, corn, bacon, eggs, avocado w an amazing cilantro sauce. The place smells from fresh baked goods and chocolate. Very open and inviting. Server was very friendly and efficient. We will be back when we are in the area again.
