Samuel Mancino's Pizza & Grinders

Food was okay, service was horrible. Came in to an empty place and waited in the lobby to be served for 5 minutes. Finally a girl with orange and black hair came up and acted like I was inconveniencing her by being in the lobby. Just stared at me when she got to the register, didn’t greet me or say anything. I asked her to change her gloves after she rang up my food with the gloves on, and she rolled her eyes at me like I was crazy!! I’d understand if they were busy but to treat the only customer this way? Honestly the food could have been amazing and I wouldn’t come back here solely due to my experience with that worker.

I ordered a nacho around 3 o’clock. I opened up my nachos and it burnt for crisps I go in there. The ginger kid was very, very nice and respectful offered to remake my food, which was OK with me. I leave. I checked it again no meat on it just cheese, onion, and the green pepper but I wasted so much time now I don’t even wanna go back.

Ordered over the phone and asked for Ceaser and Italian dressing as listed online, only to receive no dressing. Went back in to find out they do not have Ceaser or Italian. Partner said his grinder and antipasto salad were very mid. Staff were really nice but it’s overpriced for the quality.

Waited 35 minutes and asked about my order several times, only to receive sass and impertinence when questioning why my order was not out after watching 5 more orders come out after I arrived to pick mine up. Employees were more focused on their closing tasks than helping guests. Terrible management, terrible customer service, food still tasted great but will not be back.

It's a shame I was so hungry for a grinder stopped in to this location on my way home my grinder was in the thinest most outful bread I have ever seen it looked like a cracker! All their bread is this way. The staff was great but very disappointed in my grinder especially for the price! Sad to see good quality go down the tubes!

When you order by phone ask them if they have what you order so you don’t wait a half hour, drive there then find out they didn’t make your food because they don’t have what you ordered. Seems like common sense but that doesn’t exist at this location.

The food is excellent. Service was good, and the dining room was clean. The only things that need any improvement are the seating and dining room decor, which isn't necessary and certainly wouldn't keep me from dining here. I ordered a 16 inch club grinder toasted and it was excellent. The bacon was crisp, the ham and turkey were both sliced thin and they were both juicy and flavorful. The lettuce and tomato were crisp and flavorful. The bun was toasted perfectly and crunchy, carmelized cheese around the edges was the perfect touch that Mancino's is famous for.

My wife ordered a 7 inch personal BBQ chicken pizza which was perfectly baked and incredibly good. The crust on the pizza was crisp on the bottom, and perfectly toasted so that you get the crunch and the softness in every bite. The onions were caramelized to perfection, yet still fairly crisp. The chicken was diced and plentiful, and the cheese was melted to perfection so it leaves a string of cheese from the pizza to your mouth as you pull it away. Sooo good! Highly recommended!
