Quality of grinder meat is terrible. I don't know what product they switched over to in the last week but they need to switch back. Get it together Mancinos. Cheap meat isn't going to keep customers. The new owner needs to realize this.

Ordered a 16 inch ham and cheese grinder asked to have mustards added. Received the sub didn’t add mustard so gave me packets. The sandwich had very little of anything on it and the ham was almost all fat. We won’t go there again. 10-21-24 at 3:00 pm

Ordered food and was trying to sit in the dining room with others to be able to eat and the owner and his family were holding a meeting with their phone on speaker. There were 5 other customers in the store and it was very unprofessional of them to be holding a phone call on speaker while their customers were eating.

Not sure what happened to the place, but it is awful now. Poor customer service, the pizza doesn't taste good either. It's obvious the ingredients were changed. Won't go back!

Very bummed because the last 2 times we were here we were very pleased. This time, not so much. Over a 35 minute ticket time? Guy who ordered 10 minutes after us gets his food, finishes it, meanwhile we are sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting. Unacceptable. 2 subs. Not pizza, not the whole menu, 2 effing subs. Also, who doesn’t offer water on your fountain machine? I can’t drink soda and I refuse to pay for a bottle that doesn’t come with refills.

Not the place if you have to go back to work. I definitely won’t be back.

They recently changed their dough recipe and it is a lot worse than it was. Used to be our favorite place to get pizza in the local area, but will now be going somewhere else.
