My husband and I just got take out. While the food was hot and supposedly fresh, my sweet and sour chicken was so tough I question whether it was cooked longer than only a few minutes. I usually love their food so I moved on to the chicken fried rice, which tasted like it had been precooked, pulled from the cooler, doused with MSG and soy sauce and then microwaved for far too long. I'm disappointed that yet another restaurant in Kalamazoo has gone downhill for whatever reason. Free food for a year wouldn't make me want to order here again.

I have been coming here for years and I like their chicken chop Suey. A week ago I got it and if I would’ve wanted soup, I would’ve ordered it. Wasn’t like it used to be with chickens, celery, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts they had put carrots in it and never thicken the gravy. It was just juice from the bean sprouts and water chestnuts, very disappointed.

The food here is good. The lady up front is so rude. Last year my order wasn't right and I brought it back. Everytime I go in there they bring that up not to mention I have been back many times because I like the food. Today, I went in there and when she brought my order out she said something about me in her language. I asked her why she continues to have an attitude when the incident was last year and I had been back many times. She said you have problem with order so make sure you see it. I tried to talk with her and she dismissed me and said she didn't want to talk time anymore. I asked for my money back (they did) and told me not to come back. They crazy thing is I came in with my son a month ago and she was very courteous.. It's sad. They look down on us and we continue to build their businesses.
