By far one of the worst Starbucks around. The employees care more about gossiping over the headsets and waving at each other from across the store than making peoples drinks correctly. I have never one gotten a correct drink from this location. This location is often quite dirty and the food case is never stocked. This location definitely needs a staff overhaul.

Never got my coffee. No one in line, yet waited 20 mins & finally had to go. Give yourself 20-25 mins to get your coffee here. Asked for a refund. Manager, if there's a 20 minute wait for coffee maybe let people know when they walk in.

The baristas must of been mad today they talked shit the whole time making my drink. Now I get it I like it a little extra sweet but your job is to make me a fancy coffee while I pay freaking 11$ for it ?? so for you to get mad at what’s in my drink and having to make it I think this is the wrong place and time ?? and then go white face when I apologize for my drink being a little extra and hearing the whole thing Maybe just make the fancy coffee it’s what you get paid to do
It's still a small niche Coffee Shop. Every extra cost you some change...Coffee is still some of the Best around....wished they brewed a variety of Coffee so you can experience Coffee from around the world.
Parking: There's minimal parking @this location..but ,it is attached to a Big Parking Lot so there's plenty behind the store...you can't miss it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Just come up the front entry and hopefully someone will help with the door ? and you are in.

Serious Starbucks raising your prices again! This is the last time I purchase. I have a hard time enjoying my coffee knowing I paid almost 8 dollars. What a waste!

Who ever was working the drive-thru window on 10/16 at about 11:20 AM was very snarky and rude. I placed an online pickup order and went to the drive thru line to pick it up. I sat at the box for about 3-5 minutes with no response from anyone inside. A sign about closing and reopening on the 18th was posted on the box which caused some confusion on my end. I pulled forward to the window, thinking the box was broken and was met by a very passive aggressive employee. She scolded me for having not stopped at the box and when I explained to her my confusion and that I had waited for several minutes at the box - trying to be polite - she said that she couldn’t talk because she was busy handing things out the window. I do understand being busy, though there was only one car ahead of me when I jumped in the line and it takes a maximum of 3 seconds to ask someone to wait a moment. However, no one popped onto the box to inform me that they would be with me shortly, like staff typically do. I did not appreciate the attitude of this employee, especially when it was just an online pickup order and I was not attempting to place an order at the window.

I was treated very rudely by staff. I am disabled and hard of hearing. I explained to the person on the microphone that I could not hear them and was laughed at.
I ordered 3 extra shots. did not receive them my friend.
Did not receive the sugar he ordered. I was confronted and called an A HOLE by employee at the window for being frustrated about the whole experience!! I have never been treated in this way at any other locations across the country. PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT STORE

Another coffee not correct and not even full!! Ordered a grande’ pumpkin spice latte no whip and got a plain latte instead. Felt a little light so I looked…shocked!!! Not even full.
Since I already drove off and in a hurry I didn’t have the time to go back and wait in the long line again…what a rip off!!!!
I get the same shaken espresso at every Starbucks I stop at. Until now, all was good. At this store, no flavor at all. Too busy to go back, so threw away $6 for colored water.

Got food and drinks. Everything was great, served with speed, and hot. The staff even make sure to say have a nice day to EVERYONE on their way out. Wow. The bathroom security codes are a major inconvenience but other than that it was everything I wanted.

Locks on bathroom doors. Imagine having to use the bathroom in a hurry but have to wait in line first to place an order instead of after removing the urgency.
