Ordered kids temp, kid size hot chocolates, the baristas didn’t make them anything less than scalding, and my three kids paid the price with burned mouths. I called and politely spoke to a supervisor at approximately 537 pm, explaining who I was and the explained the situation as previously stated. I asked her to give her baristas a heads up on kids hot chocolates and their temperatures, politely. She sighed and stated so effortlessly; but did they order hot chocolates or KIDS hot chocolates..? She said she’d let them know, without an apology I politely ended the conversation. Cheers Starbucks!

This place is the absolute best. I order starbucks through doordash alot and when i called the store i asked if they would put a pup cup in the order for my doggos bday. They stepped it up and did one even better. They wrote Happy Birthday on his little pup cup. Ahh it made my day. You all are the sweetest. Thank you for making my pups birthday amazing.

I went thru the drive thru on a busy Monday afternoon and ordered a tall coffee. I waited 10-15 minutes to get thru line. I got my coffee and drove on. Very surprised from my first sip the coffee was room temperature at best. I drove around building, parked and went inside to let them know. I was told at that time their brewer was broken they could make me a pour over. I chose the second option that was a refund. As a customer I would prefer the option when ordering…room temp coffee or something else, not a surprise.Starbucks on Stadium drive can do better.

I recently visited this Starbucks before my class, in the morning during this week. I have to say that my experience was a bit disappointing, but usually it’s fine. When I got to the window to pay for my drink, I noticed that there was no option for me to choose the tip amount, which I usually like to do as a courtesy. It appeared that the employee had already selected a tip option for me, before I pulled forward?..I can’t say that they chose no tip, but If I can see a difference of price of my drink then I’m going to assume you chose the tip amount. He also had a facial expression that made me feel some way.While I appreciate the service provided by baristas, I believe that tipping should always be a choice left to the customer. It felt a bit uncomfortable and suspicious to have this choice made for me. I usually tip a dollar or two, but I believe in the principle of giving customers to decide whether and how much they want to tip.:)I didn't call out the employee on this, but I hope this feedback can encourage a more transparent and customer-friendly approach in the future. We tip based on our experience. If this happens again, I’ll definitely be speaking to the manager or the employee. Leave the tip screen alone! Let customers tip or pass on the tip. There’s no need for you to hit no tip, or tip.

Summer Bridges
This location is consistently very slow and/or crowded and always has cars wrapped around the building at the drive thru. I drive by this location almost everyday because I go to the Planet Fitness this Starbucks shares a parking lot with and there has never been a time I haven’t seen cars wrapped around the building. I also go at various times during the day and they all tend it be rather crowded no matter when you go. I thought “hey it might be crowded, but maybe they have enough workers to compensate and maybe the line goes by quickly”. No. I’ve tried the drive thru a few times but have left multiple times due to waiting over 15 minutes to even order. Then, I have to wait additional time to get my order. I’ve also gone inside to order and while going inside tends to be quicker, it is still very slow. I don’t recommend waiting in line that long for drinks. I only recommend coming here if you order in advance on the app. The line won’t go by quickly, regardless of what you think. I’m sure the workers are nice people, but management should really hire more employees or change something. I would love to go here more often for a coffee run before I hit the gym but unfortunately I can’t get Starbucks as often as I’d like due to so many locations in the Kalamazoo area being consistently slow. Best of luck to this location and the workers; I’m sure they work hard.
I don't think I've ever received a drink that wasn't awesome, and i say this about everything..everything cost too much unless you are rich.I will return 2 thumbs up.

Love the stuff. But too pricey, and I became Lactose intolerant, they frequently don't have almond milk. Now are charging 60 cents extra for for it in a tall (smallest) size. Over 5 for a small coffee is stupid.Update: still love the stuff! Still expensive.

This location sucks. I walked in to get one coffee and waited for about 15 to 20 minutes for my drink while in the meantime the staff is just giggling away and making almost every single order besides mine. I watched almost 8 cars go through the drive-through at least seven mobile orders be made before they helped anyone in the lobby. I was the only person who ordered in the lobby, so I just can’t quite get why it would take so long to make one drink. not only that the staff just doesn’t pay attention to anything going on around them, they’d rather talk on the headset and laugh with each other and brush off any customer service and they could’ve salvaged.
