I was in the line and both ladies at the counter were there, one left turned the light off and said sorry we’re closed. Clock just stroke 8 as she was saying that and they were making drinks for a group of five. Customer is really going down.

First time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few weeks later I visited again and I was heavily disappointed with how I was treated. This whole tip culture has gotten out of hand but do not be rude to customers and then expect a tip for under average customer service and overpriced food and beverages. Employees need to be trained to treat everyone with respect. Slamming my drink down and walking away is not how you'd treat the CEO. Horrible experience! I waited a few days to prevent myself from cutting into this place so bad. Please visit the Starbucks across the street instead until those girls learn a thing or two.

This Starbucks is one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. They also randomly close the lobby so you’re never really sure when they’re open. There are others around this area that will randomly close as well. Needs to be more consistency.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. I'm a regular. But now they have started changing people one of the morning girls is not very nice. She doesn't seem to ever be having a gd day. And thats not good in the morning people like to see a happy cheerful person in the morning to make there day flow a little better. Not sure what her name is but she has strawberry blonde hair and freckles. She is the only one over there that acts like that. Nobody wants to start their day with a mean barista
