Well... they didn't put the top on well and I spilled boiling hot tea all over my hands. No one apologized, even after I did fire making a mess. They actually seemed annoyed with me and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Then I had to ask for ice because my fingers were burning. They showed little concern. I am usually an overly nice customer and generous tipper. I don't really get why they were they showed absolutely no concern or remorse. Disappointed for sure.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They make my drink wrong almost every time and when I ask for them to fix it I get met with a tone of sass and this past time I went there the refused to fix my drink.

Pretty consistent Starbucks. Our orders are always right usually seating available. They can be a little slow and sometimes when you get a pastry heated up It's kind of lukewarm but all in all it's all good

Niko was phenomenal with their customer service, one of the best drinks I've ever had from Starbucks. I took a pic of the drink order slip because it was that delicious!
The worse Starbucks I ever came to I came multiple times just to make sure and it just got worse #1 trip asked for a tall drink I was told it’s a small not a tall so the menu says tall but I have to ask for a small the young girl basically gave me a breakdown of that I should ask for a small instead of asking for what’s clearly printed online and the menu. #2 I asked for a drink and apparently they were out of the mix I needed for my drink but before I could ask for something different I was told to go to 9th street location or go out to Portage because they might have it that was flat out strange so when I said I can just order something different the girl was like okay whatever I was confused yet again so I let it slide. #3 they always give me my extremely hot coffee without a sleeve they can barely hold it but I have to accept it without a sleeve but when I ask for one it’s always given with attitude EVERYTIME I come moving forward I will NEVER come to this location again!

I came for coffee and left without it, grateful that I needed to use the restroom first. For starters, the irony of having a six digit lock code (which I had to get from the counter) on a duo of filthy unisex bathrooms was the first thing that caught my attention. Thankfully, I carry disinfectant wipes for such situations. After the restroom, I was going to let the manager know about the bathroom when I noticed that the equipment on the counter was also filthy. I opted to just submit feedback through the corporate office. This is a PSA to all the sleepy caffeine addicts who haven't noticed the lack of basic cleaning standards at this location. I've seen cleaner truck stops. Beware, you could go in for coffee and come out with MRSA or something.
