Careless staff. If you have a dairy allergy or preference for water instead of milk, stay away from this location. Charges you $3 to substitute milk for WATER. Never experienced that at any other location anywhere else in the country.

I placed a mobile order Saturday morning 10/25 at 6:21. When I get there at the drive thru, the baristas asked me if I wanted my drink hot or cold, I said hot (I can’t find a way to add the option hot/cold on my mobile order but normally if I want it cold, I just add ice as one of the option, it’s not there fault and I totally get it). Then I decided the drive thru window was too long so I came into the store to grab my coffee instead. When I was in there, I asked about my drink and one of the baristas said she was working on it and verified that I wanted it hot. But then I watched her poured cold milk into my hot espresso and handed the me my venti cup that was only filled half way and was cold. I told her that I verified twice earlier that I would like it hot and she acted all confused. I was at that time about to be late to work so all I had to leave and couldn’t get my drink fixed.
Legit go out of my way to pick up coffee at this location simply because of their ice. lol. Also/ Cassidy is amazing!

Bad experience! The place smelled bad, sticky floors, and the coffee tasted horrible. I felt terrible to return it, but being a Starbucks, it was a disappointment. I write in hopes they do better, not just answer these reviews.

I ordered two cappuccinos and both tasted terrible. They claimed to refund my purchase to my card, but the refund never went through. On top of that, the place was dirty and clearly neglected. It’s disappointing, especially considering how expensive it is.
