I ordered the 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches.
It took a long time to get it, and I got 1 drink first and had to wait for my other drink with 2 sandwiches.
The service and wait time are not good

By the way, I asked the staff why I didn't get everything at the same time, he/she told me they are not working by order???!
I ordered by 9.59 a.m. and got all my orders by 10.15 a.m; when I ordered, there was 1 person before me inside. By the time I wait the rest of the order is full inside with people.
The staff who took my order was very kind.

I frequent this starbucks, and sometimes the service is pretty good. Lately, the major of the time it has been bad. I usually get just pike place with milk (simple n quick). But too many times the coffee isn't even poured, I'm waiting at the end and have to go back and ask. This is even when not busy.
I just waited over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee, it was relatively slow. I go to ask them if they forgot, and one girl sees me approach to ask a ?, she turns and walks away. Someone else asked me what i needed, and sure enough, the coffee was sitting on the counter, not top.
Seems the training and workflow needs to be improved.

Dean was so friendly and knowledgeable about the new drinks being offered. This is a great location with nice employees... I enjoyed visiting multiple times while traveling to Kalamazoo... my drinks were perfect every time!

I was the only person in there and they finished my coffee and never even said anything just let it sit there I was like is that mine or a pick up. I hate having to touch other people's coffee to know if it's mine.

I want to start off by saying the little phrases the staff writes on the cups?!? CHEFS KISS! They’re all so sweet and so pleasant I love everyone there! Such a good crowd of people. This side of town is so lucky to have a Starbucks location full of wonderful baristas. 1000 stars from me.

I ordered a trenta, was given a venti. Was given peppermint cold foam in my drink which I did not ask for. I tipped and was the only one in line. $10 wasted. Check your drinks before you drive off.

You lost my business today! Every time I have come to this location for the past few months (nearly every day), you were out of multiple syrups, made my drink wrong, didn’t fill my cup appropriately, or today you didn’t have lids for hot grande drinks.

Zero problem solving here—when I asked for my grande drink to be made in a venti cup instead I was told ā€œ sorry, we can’t do that, I can only make you a tallā€.

I’m going past another location, I’ll stop there. You’ve lost my business. I’m tired of sitting in line to constantly be told you don’t have your supplies! Whoever is ordering needs someone to come in and teach you how to have foresight. It’s winter in Michigan, but no hot coffee lids?! So you can’t make a drink with no lid? Baffles me!
