I don't have anything too damning to say about the people who work here... they're trying. But, still, I waited about 12 minutes in line while the whole team tried to reset each of their cash register terminals because they couldn't accept a credit card transaction. Not sure who to be upset with, but I wasted a lot of time and no one asked me, for example, if I wanted to pay cash for something. Anything to just move things along, you know? When I finally was able to order, I learned they don't even have their own wifi -- !! So....... I don't actually need this place to exist.

Young kids don't know what they are doing my drink was god awful stop trying to be greedy and teach them how to do it right I'm really upset with that nasty stuff they served me and I was in a hurry so I couldn't go back a make them remake it I will never visit this one ever again
I enjoy this location very much. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and outgoing.The entire place is clean & presentable. There are plenty of seating options. The coffee & food are great.

I live in the downtown area and this is the closest Starbucks nearby otherwise I wouldn’t come back. I come in here and get the same drink, no problems! This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and the baristas were rude just kind of glancing at each other smiling and laughing. This snobby type of behavior is disgusting. When you’re a barista you’re typically the first interaction someone has in their day. You have no idea what kind of state of mind that person is in, or what they’re going through. I hope these two girls learn how to treat customers better.
