Young kids don't know what they are doing my drink was god awful stop trying to be greedy and teach them how to do it right I'm really upset with that nasty stuff they served me and I was in a hurry so I couldn't go back a make them remake it I will never visit this one ever again

Just stopped in. Just wanna thank the barista working tonight I didn't catch her name but she was really nice and generous. Took a sip of both coffees and they are the best mochas I've tasted from Starbucks. Hope she's working again when I come in next.

I live in the downtown area and this is the closest Starbucks nearby otherwise I wouldn’t come back. I come in here and get the same drink, no problems! This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and the baristas were rude just kind of glancing at each other smiling and laughing. This snobby type of behavior is disgusting. When you’re a barista you’re typically the first interaction someone has in their day. You have no idea what kind of state of mind that person is in, or what they’re going through. I hope these two girls learn how to treat customers better.
