As usual, starbucks never deceives. Fresh hot coffee here. Friendly staff. Clean building and well decorated. Highly recommended.

Young kids don't know what they are doing my drink was god awful stop trying to be greedy and teach them how to do it right I'm really upset with that nasty stuff they served me and I was in a hurry so I couldn't go back a make them remake it I will never visit this one ever again

Just stopped in. Just wanna thank the barista working tonight I didn't catch her name but she was really nice and generous. Took a sip of both coffees and they are the best mochas I've tasted from Starbucks. Hope she's working again when I come in next.

I live in the downtown area and this is the closest Starbucks nearby otherwise I wouldn’t come back. I come in here and get the same drink, no problems! This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and the baristas were rude just kind of glancing at each other smiling and laughing. This snobby type of behavior is disgusting. When you’re a barista you’re typically the first interaction someone has in their day. You have no idea what kind of state of mind that person is in, or what they’re going through. I hope these two girls learn how to treat customers better.

This one's located in downtown Kalamazoo in the Radisson hotel area. Is it big and spacious. Was not very busy at the time I was there. I really like their pumpkin bread.

There's something about this Starbucks. I don't know what it is, but the people working here are always super kind in my experience. I hope they all get a big fat raise, because they've earned it in more ways than one.I have seen them handle some sketchy, outright creepy clientele and somehow keep their cool. They shouldn't have to put up with such weird customers but it is what it is for this area and they handle it as best as anyone can given the circumstance.The drinks and food always come out fast, although to be fair, everytime I've visited here it's been in odd hours and I've only ever seen 3 people on line ahead of me at most.The seating is a typical Starbucks setup, along with some high bar stool type chair and table set ups, as well as more comfy plush seats at normal height. If that's not what you're in the mood for, there's also seating directly outside of the Starbucks within the hotel. It's a nice place for some casual people watching.There are also benches here and there outside of the hotel around the park and whatnot, although there are some shady characters afoot generally, so keep your wits about you if you want to drink/eat outside.
