Ordered coffe and food for $25 and tried to pay with a $50 bill. They said they can't take it because they have no change to that. Communist Starbucks forcing people to pay with card

Took an oddly long amount of time to complete the order. Didn't make either drink correctly,
- used coffee instead of espresso
- used milk instead of oat milk (this was caused major issues as it was an allergy issue)
- ratio of milk to coffee was wrong
- did not put extra espresso shot in

This is an order that we have done probably 16 times this month. We know when its right and whats just variance with person or location. This was flat made wrong! This isn't the first time.

Great experience! Talia welcomed me in and took my order with a positive attitude. Very attentive and asked about my day. My drink tasted amazing and she wrote me a cute saying on my drink! Amazing experience would come back again 😊

Came in today tried to order my regular Matcha with six scoops instead of four usually it’s a dark green today. It was a light green. I knew it wasn’t as dark as I liked it so I asked to have it remain. The manager came visibly upset said she would remake it and I could keep it. I told her I didn’t wanna keep it asked her to throw it away. She snatched it out of my hand gave me a look. I don’t even know from hell I don’t know I feel disrespected will never be returning to this location. Now the first girl was very nice and friendly. Nothing bad to say about her whoever came up the manager was very unprofessional and not very customer friendly!

Customer service is no good. I asked where is my coffee after standing there for longer time while everything else is received, her reply was it would come in the order it was received although it was sitting under wrong area. Her answer came with really a bad attitude.

I stop into Starbucks at least once a week sometimes 2-3. I enjoy going to Starbucks because everyone is always so friendly, they acknowledge you and give great customer service. Most places now days don't even acknowledge you when you come in, they hand you your food without even saying a word to you. Today unfortunately I was not greeted by a smiling person but a person that was talking to another employee and couldn't be bother. She handed me my drink without a word that was it. VERY DISSAPPOINTING, I always greet the people helping me and I would except the same in return especially when now a days everyone wants a tip for everything. Why am I going to tip you when you can't even say hi, have a great day?!

Google stats the store opens at 5am. Got there at 5am am this Starbucks and this location isn’t open. Waited 30 minutes to see if someone was running late. No dice.

Absolutely love your employee Eden, a very kind and welcoming demeanor. They welcome me with a smile everytime and always very speedy with my order. everyone else has also been very nice but Eden has always gone above and beyond!

Saw flies inside food display cabinet. Informed on counter then we were told that they clean at night. Didn’t buy food.
I was going through reviews while my return journey and found three year old review with same concern. Even if you are not serving food from display cabinet but who can order item after looking at Cabinet.

I visit this location pretty frequently and today’s experience was terrible and disappointing. I arrived at the drive thru around 10:40am. The wait was insane! At least a 22 min wait and there were cars behind me so I couldn’t leave to go into the store or to another location. I purposely came here for one of their app offers: Order two days in a row before 11am and receive bonus stars. They were so busy that not only did I miss out on the offer (they didn’t scan my app until 11:02am), they also failed to give me one of the two cake pops that I ordered! I realized the mistake after I drove away and I was so frustrated that I didn’t want to go back and deal with the chaos of people at the drive thru that were blocking the parking spots. I guess I just went at a super busy time but some of the cars ahead of me had orders that took super long to process!
