Somehow our drinks took longer than the person behind us, probably because they flat out forgot about us while we were literally at the window! The person making our drinks took off their apron and just left.. We were asked twice if we were someone else. Maybe the staff should cut back on personal conversations that we can overhear in the drive through and work..

Ordered only a coffee cake. Simple right? Nope. Waited 10 minutes. 8 employees working and 1 working food. Never asked me if I wanted it heated (I didn’t). Bunch of prepared foods being prepped & bagged and my coffee cake was at the back of the line. How about the cashier just grabbing it and giving it to me. If I ordered a sandwich, I can see some wait but coffee cake? When I asked the cashier I got a sort attitude “we only have one food prep and she’s backed up” when the cashier was standing there with no customers. A bunch of robots could do that. Too many people just doing their one specific task and no dynamic coverage with the customer in mind. I know they have a system, but there is ZERO humanity in it. Just jump in and give me my simple item.

I really enjoyed their turkey bacon egg white muffin as well as the chai latte with almond milk. I forgot to ask for the almond milk and they were great and still fixed it for me (yes! it was right) I also love that they jave their calories on everything so I don't have to go searching the website or guessing what everything is. Nice change of pace!

I came in and had not ordered when I thought I did (ordered ahead) came in and explained I accidentally forgot to push order and asked Marie if there was any way she could make it on the fly and she DID! She was so sweet and nice about it, super cute, pleasant and I will be coming back to this location over the stadium and drake location now 💕💕🥹✨

This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I tend to go here the most. But, I really wish this place wasn’t hit or miss! It is disappointing much of the time. If I order lite ice at West Main or Westnedge & Ruth, the drink still has good flavor. If I order lite ice here, 9 out of 10 times the drink is bland. For example, if I order a Cherry Chai with lite ice at this store, it tastes like milk. Not enough chai flavor. If I order it elsewhere the same way it tastes great! If I order a pink drink here with light ice it is likely going to have too much coconut milk and not enough acai so it tastes like coconut milk! This store needs to train every employee for consistency. If someone orders lite ice, the drink should still taste the same as with regular ice. This means that an adjustment needs to be made and it should not be to only add more milk! Other stores in the area get this and they do a better job. I hope to see this improve and there to be more consistency. I spend a lot of money at this store every week so I would like to see better drink consistency. The staff is friendly, and will make the drink again, but you all could save time and money if you train everyone to do the same thing. Thank you!

Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations to visit. Employees are friendly and my order is always correct. They are quick even when they are busy. Today I got the iced lavender matcha oatmilk latte and it was really good, the note on the side put a smile on my face. Thank you for the lovely words of affirmation!

Music is loud and always a hindrance to good conversation (Had to ask to turn it down). Seating is not as laid back as I’ve found at other ‘bucks. Lots of other options in the area if you’re looking for good Joe and a chat.
