Very polite with Better service then l many restaurants. Very good food with world class fries. Didn't get a shake but the kids did which was pretty affordable compared to the regular shake size and they loved them.

Went for a school outing! Service, food and management were wonderful. However there is no handicap access 😔 which made maneuvering a wheelchair very difficult.

Food is good. Only drawback is they got rid of paper menus. They want you to order on the kiosk only. I for one hate kiosk. It's not easy to use at all and takes way to long. It's extremely confusing and difficult. You can't alter your order on it like light condiments etc. At least a employee stayed and helped me through the entire process, but I can't see how this is helpful or cost effective. I won't be back only because of the kiosk..... it should be a choice not the only way.

This used to be one of my favorite places to grab a burger while in Kalamazoo. After tonight, not sure I'll return. I ordered a #1 (double burger w/cheese meal). The meat was almost non-existent; cooked down to nothing. One patty was so over cooked I couldn't eat most of it. The other was strangely chewy. My fries were maybe 3/4 full with half of them being tiny little pieces. Not impressed!
