The male employee who was the only one running the store got visibly upset, and proceeded to shout at me as a tried to use a coupon that I got in the mail. He stated that the coupons can only be used for a roast beef sandwich, and that alone. When I tried to show him the coupon, which the only exclusions were for " Wraps, The Beast & The Garlic Roast Beef" (none of which I was trying to order), he started getting more upset while raising his voice to the point where the only other customer in the store started to get visibly uncomfortable. I left without ordering anything, as the employee was extremely rude the second I walked through the door. Safe to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ordered a veggie patty sub online through the app and picked up the order. After going home, I checked and saw that they had given me a veggie delight instead. I tried calling the store, but no one picked up, so I drove 20 minutes back to the store. When I explained that I received the wrong order and the veggie patty was missing, the guy asked me to open my sub. I thought he wanted to check it, but instead, he just placed the veggie patties on it and asked me to fold it myself, which is the worst service I could expect when reaching out for a wrongly made order. I asked him if he could redo it, but he just stood there, and I wasn't even sure if he spoke English. I'm really, really disappointed.

I'm not sure what is up with all the people who are leaving the really negative reviews? I went with my mom at 10:15 after a day of disappointment from everywhere else we had stopped, less than an hour before their closing time...and there were not only fresh cookies just off the cooling racks, but amazing friendly help who prepared us the most awesome sandwiches for this kind of fast food joint. They were friendly, didn't rush us, and were even letting guests sit to eat.
Looking at the other recent reviews...I don't think the business was having a bad day, but instead possibly reviewers coming in with preconceived notions they allowed to flavor their reviews and expectations. I hadn't read the reviews before going in, and I thought it was great food with friendly staff.

They state that they do not accept the bogo coupons, or any of the coupons essentially that save you the most like half off. However, I noticed that if you order through the app, you are able to utilize the better coupons that way. Along with that, they do not follow any of the toppings quantity guidelines that Subway requires. If you select the "extra" toppings option, it doesn't matter, because you'll get less than what a standard serving should be regardless. Skimping left and right... very disappointing. On a previous visit months ago, I also had a guy push the tip box towards me. I had taken a break from going here originally because of that previous encounter. You would have more people come here if you were honest, honored coupons and didn't skimp out.

Stood in front of the counter for almost 20 minutes as the sandwich artist stood and had a whole conversation with someone about the company failing because of no customers had to start taking food stamps in order to hopefully make money than proceeds to talk about the person working there looking through both phones to try to find the posting on, indeed couldn’t find it had to call her boss. Ask her boss about job applications and basically about around that time I realized I wasn’t going to get service anytime soon so I left and went two blocks up the street toThe next subway, I was waiting to order four foot-long subs for my family before work and instead took that business somewhere else, Moral of the story worry about your customers before you worry about having a conversation about the failing company with others and maybe you’ll make money
I love fast food and subway is one of the healthiest places I know, so please keep up the good work, thank you.
Vegetarian options: The "build your own" option is great, or veggie is my favorite. If you don't want cheese say no cheese, the sauces are delicious. If you want a sandwich or healthy meal done right and with fast food timing go to subway.

If u want a passive aggressive experience go here. Don't let them see u with a coupon of they will do bare minimum and I stand hard on that. Idk what's wrong with those Indians but I would stay away from them and not support people with customer service of someone who thinks u owe them something. I work hard for my money and when I spend money at establishments I expect your customer service skills to b up to par. They got mad I pulled my coupon out at the end and tried to say I couldn't use it when I followed the rules stats stated on the coupon. Once I told him that the man got upset and started speaking In his native tongue angry. Now I'm irritated because I'm about to give this man my hard earned money and he just pissed me clean off. I recommend going to the subway on Kl if u had to choose 1 west of town.

Everything was great. I just hadn't had Subway in a very long time. I'd been going to Jimmy John's for the last few years and thought I'd save some money and get Subway. I've always been a Subway fan. However, I moved closer to a Jimmy John's and started going there. Since I had $15 on me but needed to get 2 subs I passed a Subway and went I'm thinking I'd be paying no more than that for 2 subs since mine is just a plan ham and cheese nothing special, or extra. I also didn't want meals, just the subs. Man, was i in for a surprise. Gone were the days of a $5.00 footlong, which I understand that prices have increased, but really, it seemed ridiculous for me to pay over $19 for 2 subs. They were still very good, the place was extremely clean and maintained, and the people were really nice.
