If u want a passive aggressive experience go here. Don't let them see u with a coupon of they will do bare minimum and I stand hard on that. Idk what's wrong with those Indians but I would stay away from them and not support people with customer service of someone who thinks u owe them something. I work hard for my money and when I spend money at establishments I expect your customer service skills to b up to par. They got mad I pulled my coupon out at the end and tried to say I couldn't use it when I followed the rules stats stated on the coupon. Once I told him that the man got upset and started speaking In his native tongue angry. Now I'm irritated because I'm about to give this man my hard earned money and he just pissed me clean off. I recommend going to the subway on Kl if u had to choose 1 west of town.

Everything was great. I just hadn't had Subway in a very long time. I'd been going to Jimmy John's for the last few years and thought I'd save some money and get Subway. I've always been a Subway fan. However, I moved closer to a Jimmy John's and started going there. Since I had $15 on me but needed to get 2 subs I passed a Subway and went I'm thinking I'd be paying no more than that for 2 subs since mine is just a plan ham and cheese nothing special, or extra. I also didn't want meals, just the subs. Man, was i in for a surprise. Gone were the days of a $5.00 footlong, which I understand that prices have increased, but really, it seemed ridiculous for me to pay over $19 for 2 subs. They were still very good, the place was extremely clean and maintained, and the people were really nice.

The young lady took my order I had a coupon for 2 foot long subs for $12.99. Very disappointing with the amount of veggie's very skimpy I asked for on both of my turkey and provolone cheese not toasted, I even asked for lots of lettuce, lots of green peppers, and lots of spinach with southwest chipotle sauce and pepper only. I will not be returning to this subway at all. The gentleman working behind the counter u could not understand what he was asking for and seemed very impatient with the customers.

I feel compelled to let people know that they did not change gloves between customers and touched nasty money then continued to make sandwiches. This means all the condiments and veggies were touched with the dirty gloves. When I expressed my concern the man kept going and got angry. This used to be a super clean place. I left. No sandwiches for me from here anymore.

Totally wish I would have known that they were not going to make my food right. They made one of my footlongs with three pieces of the buffalo chicken, no cheese, three cucumbers, and a sprinkle of lettuce. The other sandwich was made alright enough. I contacted corporate first. I then contacted them, hoping they could correct this, or go ahead and refund for at least part of it fix at the least. Maybe even remaking it? But no, they said that the owner isn't in, because he has his own time and life, and that there isn't much that they can do, when I asked about fixing it, he literally said, "We will make it right the next time" and hung up. When I went in there (this was a online order btw) there were two workers in the back, one is subway gear, the other person whom I thought was a worker, was just someone in scrubs, HOSPITAL clothing, just talking to the female worker. The other worker was in there making my subs, and he was a older man. They said on the phone he was a "intern" because the normal worker was pregnant and out. This was a horrible situation, and not good at all. I will not be going back. I don't care. This was so unacceptable.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. They barely understood English to the point I had to go through line twice because I wanted two sandwiches. While waiting another customer had come in wanting to leave a great review for one of the workers. The guy was trying to make the manager understand it was a POSITIVE review for about 5 minutes before the manager called someone from their website or whatever to tell the customer how to leave a review. On top of that I had a coupon for a 6” sub for $3.99. My sub rang up at $6 something. I go to ask about the price difference and the same manager interrupts me and just shouts the price.
