Don’t eat here please they are very prejudice here. The manager was high when I came in to Oder my food he was nodding off while trying to fix someone else food also he was yelling at a white woman kids telling them can’t use the public bathroom and to shut up and get out his store this place is terrible

I've been coming here for years. Kind of overlooking the rudeness. This was the last straw. Came in to get a sandwich and the tomato had a white thing in the middle so I asked them to replace that. The man came from the back started waving his bare hand over my sandwich saying that they would not replace the tomato. Putting on all these little wrinkled up tomatoes on my sandwich when there was clearly nice tomatoes underneath that. After arguing with me over one tomato. I told him he could have that sandwich that he waved his bare hand over arguing with me about one tomato. That is the worst customer service ever. Who argues with a customer who just wants one tomato replaced

I ordered online and ordered a two footlongs and they sent one foot long and 1 wrap. When I called they tried to tell me they had no more bread and were busy (but were empty when the food was picked up) and my other sandwich was on regular bread. They then told me it was the same amount of food and hung up and blocked me. I guess I'll have to go finish this conversation in person tomorrow. 🙄

many franchise agreements require franchisees to participate in their franchisor's promotions and sales campaigns, which can include coupons. Not participating in a promotion could be considered a breach of the franchise agreement.
yet they refused to accept my coupon for any sub .. for $6.99 .. they charged me full price

Delivery order- Screwed up every sandwich we ordered. Veggies were gross and even the bread was under baked! Tried to contact the store and it went to a cell number with a full mailbox. Will not waste money on this location ever again.

I haven't been to the Gull Road Kalamazoo Subway in about 2 years, for the same reasons I'm giving it one star today. Person behind the counter spoke very bad English, could not understand at all. Fortunately another employee came out and translated. Employees who work with customers should have better skills. Twice I told him I didn't want to tomatoes that were yellow in the center and still what I got. Apparently still a language barrier. Probably will be at least another 2 years before I go to this Subway! I hope this is not representative of other Subways in the Kalamazoo area.
