many franchise agreements require franchisees to participate in their franchisor's promotions and sales campaigns, which can include coupons. Not participating in a promotion could be considered a breach of the franchise agreement.
yet they refused to accept my coupon for any sub .. for $6.99 .. they charged me full price
Terrible service!
Delivery order- Screwed up every sandwich we ordered. Veggies were gross and even the bread was under baked! Tried to contact the store and it went to a cell number with a full mailbox. Will not waste money on this location ever again.

I haven't been to the Gull Road Kalamazoo Subway in about 2 years, for the same reasons I'm giving it one star today. Person behind the counter spoke very bad English, could not understand at all. Fortunately another employee came out and translated. Employees who work with customers should have better skills. Twice I told him I didn't want to tomatoes that were yellow in the center and still what I got. Apparently still a language barrier. Probably will be at least another 2 years before I go to this Subway! I hope this is not representative of other Subways in the Kalamazoo area.

Worker was in back for several minutes. When she did come out, she did not ask if we wanted 6 in or footlong and assumed footlong so she had to fix the sandwich because I needed two different 6 inch sandwiches. She was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. She didn't give me a chance to ask for a meal so I ended up telling her as she was already walking towards the back I needed pops and chips.

I advise against going here but if you do, beware of what they charge you.My young daughter went in by herself and was charged $9.94 for a foot long veggie sub. I thought that seemed quite high, considering no meat. I went inside to check the price and it was priced on the board as $7.69. I asked why she was charged so much and they said their pricing has changed. I told them that wasn’t right to charge people differently than advertised. She did not offer any compensation or apology.Franchised of course. Doubt corporate would ever try to squeeze extra money out of people like that. Very unprofessional and very shady business.

Ok so when u tell them how u want ur sub that ur paying for ur supposed to get it how u want it right??? No not at gull rd they put what they want on it. Quantity sucks if I wanted a sub with nothing but bread I would save $10 n go to the store n get buns. Very disappointed I’ve been going to this location for yrs n idk if they got new owners or what but there store is garbage and I won’t be back AGAIN!!!!!!! The only reason they got my one star is so it would let me rant ?
What happened to the subs there?Foot long sub had exactly two super thin slices of meat! The rest of the sub was full of lettuce. They now have a the window blocked so u can't see the meat and cheese area.the sub was awful! I won't be going back there

Attention to all patrons considering a visit to the Subway at 5460 Gull Rd, Suite D, Kalamazoo Michigan 49048. A cautionary tale unfolded on March 9th, 2024. Placing three separate orders for pickup, I utilized the BOGO deal on each order, adhering to the terms which stated one per order. However, upon arrival, I was informed that two of my orders were canceled because, according to the cashier, the BOGO deal was limited to once per day. Strangely, the Subway app's description explicitly allows one BOGO per order without specifying any daily restrictions. Moreover, having successfully placed similar orders at numerous other Subways without issue, I found this discrepancy perplexing.Despite my request to cancel the incomplete order, the cashier refused, prompting me to inform them of my intent to dispute the transaction with my bank. Adding to the frustration, the cashier opted to fulfill the cheapest order among the three, a decision that seemed arbitrary. This incident serves as a cautionary reminder to those seeking a hassle-free dining experience. For a smoother experience, consider visiting the Subway located within Walmart on Gull Rd, just a mile or so up the road.
