I went to the one on sprinkle near the Wendy's and tbh idk how they were even open. My kid got sick of the food it was dimly lit and all around i should have left without ordering but the kids were hungry and wanted subway. Very disappointed

They are not open until 10pm that is a lie! I went there at 9:20 pm and as I was pulling up they turned of the light and locked the door. They told me they don't speak English and are closed shutting the door in my face. All I wanted was a Cold Cut and some cookies. This isn't the first time they told me they don't speak English or don't listen to what I said. They got my sandwich all wrong with me trying to stop them but then they yell at me that I didn't say the right thing!
Brought a friend here and not only did they not understand a simple question about a "classic" sub which was the cold cut combo but even discribing the sandwich and what goes on it they still looked puzzled at what she wanted so she had to order something completely different which cost more than what she wanted 1st. When it came to payment she needed to do some cash and some card she asked for a specific amount to be charged to the card and the rest in cash. They over charged the card and tried to take all the cash she gave them when she told them she needed the change back from the cash that's why she wanted to pay with a card too. After all that they ended up giving her the wrong change, shorted her by 3 dollars. SMH definitely a stressful situation that shouldn't have been! It would've helped if one of the girls wasn't on a phone call cuz she kept turning around like we couldn't hear her and saying something in another language and turning back around and interjecting into the problem as if she knew what was going on which she had no clue! Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

I don’t know if anybody knows but in the United States of America you cook bacon before putting it on a sandwich if bacon is raw it makes you very sick. I called the store and the guy argued with me over and over. They never think that they do anything wrong. The customer is never right so sitting here with raw bacon all over my sandwich it was really disgusting. What a jerk that I spoke with on the phone.
