I decided to give it another try because again, I loved it before. The cucumbers and lettuce were brown. The cucumbers were slimy. When she remade it, I could tell she was mad and she didn’t give me the correct amount of meat.

Probably one of the most inappropriate customer services I've ever experienced. Me and my girlfriend went to grab lunch and the people taking our order weren't paying attention and kept asking us what we wanted after we already told them. They couldn't hear us because they had their noise canceling airpods in on a phone call. Unacceptable. We will not be coming back to this subway again

Love this Subway so much. The workers Ashu and Prasanna are always very nice to me. Always very clean inside as well. They also have some really good meal deals that other locations don’t have.

The slowest subway I’ve ever been to. Often only has one person working sometimes two never been there less than 20 minutes except today when I left before getting food because the man in front of me said he’d been there for 40 minutes already thanks to him I didn’t waste my whole lunch break waiting. Management needs to do better or at least decline pick up orders

This store and many others are in violation with the contractual agreement they have in place with the corporate office pertaining to coupons. There is absolutely no reason at all that when I walk in with a coupon for a foot long sub for $6.99 and excludes only roast beef and the beast that I be told that I can only get the meatball or cold cut and when I point out what the coupon is for and what's excluded I get told that it is only at participating locations and that they don't participate. This is a direct violation of the contract they have with corporate headquarters you can not pick and choose what part of a coupon you honor it is either all or nothing. This Subway location and all others participating in this illegal act are hearby being put on notice to cease and desist with these activities or there will be legal consequences and lawsuits involved.

Spinach was soggy and gross, bread was stale, server was rude. The worst was the ice had mold in it!!! They were not too concerned. Health Dept is going to be notified. DO NOT eat at W Main Kalamazoo.

ordered delivery from the subway app. got my delivery at an ok time. go to the door to get it to see that i didn’t get my chips or drink! ridiculous how i paid so many service fees, delievery fee, and a tip just to not get me whole order. doordashers name was jonathan and seemed like he was communicating well via text and i texted him after receiving my order like hey hello! the rest of my order please? with no answer whatsoever.
then i called this place and the lady was no help. said she couldn’t refund because its with doordash even though i ordered it through subway. she said i could come to this location to get my chips and drink. i got it delivered for a reason lady im not gonna leave my apartment and drive to you to get my chips and drink. all i wanted was the partial refund!

I would not recommend this location ever. Will not be coming here again and it is just down the street from where I live. There was a power outage due to a storm that hit Kalamazoo and it was a Friday at lunch time and it was busy and I understood that and I did not mind waiting my turn. They had a special running for that location only according to their sign which was a footlong sub, chips and a 20 oz drink for nine dollars and 99 cents which I thought was an amazing deal. The person that was making my sandwich was very pleasant. But, this is where the terrible reading comes from there was barely I mean barely any meat on my footlong sub. To the point that normally I eat a 6-inch and after eating the full sub I was still hungry as if I had nothing to eat because there was basically almost no protein. So I'm not sure if this is the way they always make their sandwiches so you get a bunch of bread, you get your veggies and your cheese if you want it and you don't get hardly any meat so not sure if this was because they were running a special and they were trying to skimp and save money or if this is just the way they operate. But I will not be coming here again. Word of mouth is something they need to think about because if someone asked me about eating in that location I will tell them absolutely do not go there you will be wasting your money.

We are very sorry we came in 30 min to close and orderd food when we came in instead of just leaving when we got there also thank you for not using all the ingredients that we asked for on it more than once dont come here 1/2 hr to close they will let you know that they are very unhappy and have alot to do after 8pm personally worked at a subway and it didnt start shut down till after close so so so sorry wont happen again

It took 30 minutes to get four subs and a protien bowl. There was one worker and she didn't know what a kids me was or how to make a protein bowl. She took so long to make four subs like come on. Please fix this issue

What a waste of time, no signs anywhere mentioning they don't accept SUBWAY coupons...had 2 subs made and was told they don't honor the coupons, well the owner can eat that sale!! Thanks for wasting my time!
