Hands down, THE BEST sushi I’ve ever had and most authentic Korean food in Kalamazoo. It’s hard to find authentic food from Korean folks nowadays but this place is a place you can trust. Jess was the only server and gave us timely, efficient service. She explained how the K BBQ worked vs their platters. We ended up going with the platters. The good was amazing. The lemon Ginger salad dressing should be bottled and sold in stores. See the pictures. We added Panjeon, Japchae, and Gomtang. You can even see the other family was enjoying too.
The food was next level. The salmon dip was my favorite. Great sushi rolls and I loved the poke bowl. Lots of veggie options. You could hear the chef screaming at the other person in the kitchen or the server. There were serval times when the server stopped helping tables because the cook was screaming at her from the kitchen. Not impressed.
