This place is pretty good with their food, but the service is kind of bad. They say all you can eat but they seem really weird sometimes about a second order. Like I like to order a couple rolls, and then peruse a bit and get a couple more later, and sometimes it feels like they just want me to get out even though no one else is eating there. They don’t refill water. They are slow and prioritize take out orders.

The sushi was fresh and delicious, the vegetarian rolls were great. Very friendly staff and an extremely clean restaurant, and perfectly reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

The service was pretty good. I ordered ahead and picked up inside. They were quick and courteous. The inside isn’t anything fancy but was clean and seems to be plenty of seating. I ordered the California which was mid at best. No flavor and not didn’t have that fresh taste. The chicken with ramen type noodles had good flavor but the noodles were a lil overdone by the time I got home. I think they would have been good if I ate them in store. I will prob go back to try other entrees but the sushi don’t hit the mark for me.

We ordered two party trays from there, The Kiss of Tempura and the and the Vegetarian platter. The Vegetarian platter has the futamaki role which contains crab/Imitation crab which by definition makes it not vegetarian

We really enjoyed this place. We went for the lunch special. We each got three rolls and soup. The sushi was good. Our server was pleasant. There was a nice variety of sushi.

It is located less than 15 minutes walk from WMU.
It costs about $2.25 per serving, which is quite cheap and affordable compared to other sushi restaurants in the United States that offer nigiri.
You order by writing on a piece of paper how many sushi you want.
At first, you might think, "I guess it's just the whole dish..." but since the whole dish comes with a big topping (& fresh toppings) and a lot of rice, you'll be quite satisfied with the whole dish. So I ordered a total of four pieces, and that alone was quite filling.
I think it must be difficult for working people because the same music is played all the time, but that's about the only negative point.

Hesitant to even make a review as I feel this place is my little secret sometimes. This is my favorite sushi in the area and in fact my favorite restaurant here as well. The non sushi dishes are great as well. The vibe is very relaxing and calming and the food is on another level. Prices are great considering the food tastes better than some very fancy places I’ve been. Its a great spot for takeout as seating inside is a bit limited. Staff are so kind and skilled here. Do yourself a favor and just give it a try!
