I always loved sweetwater donuts. But lately when getting donuts at the stadium location that last several times I've gotten hard/stale donuts, over cooked, weird textured, sometimes oddly smaller then normal but super thick and rock hard on the outside but almost raw on the inside. If filled its filling is all in one 1/4 of the donuts. Not in the middle or through it at all. Last time I got a half dozen I ended up not eating over half of them

Barely any filling in donuts and the donuts with filling all had raw dough in the middle. Couldn’t even eat them. Waste of money. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Both of the servers who waited on me yesterday were awesome. They were surprisingly knowledgeable about their product and extremely helpful. Special note: I learned a valuable lesson. I had been going to the Plainwell location, which was Is actually a franchise location Thinking that I was getting the same quality donuts as the Kalamazoo location. There is a notable flavor difference between the two with the Kalamazoo location (The one I am reviewing here) being Noticeably superior

Stopped by the drive thru window on a whim. BEST DONUT I HAVE EVER HAD!! A thick yeast roll that had just the right amount of sugary glaze.

I left Kalamazoo 18 years ago and just came back about a month ago. The donuts taste like they're missing an ingredient now, and I believe that ingredient is love. They're just not as good as they used to be.
