I just stopped here after three years of Not having sweet water! I stopped in at the drive-through and Olivia was amazing! Her customer service was amazing and it’s hard to find that nowadays! She even was able to show me the difference between a yeast donut and a cake donut she was just fabulous! I couldn’t remember what donuts I ordered, and she even gave me the sheet of all the donuts that I had got! I will definitely come back when I have more chances! Thank you, Olivia 🫶🏻

Sweetwaters donuts are always delicious and the prices are extremely reasonable. The staff was friendly and service was quick. I only wished they had central air conditioning instead of window units, because I went during a heat wave. But, it seems like an old building and that’s probably the best they can do. I also wish they offered iced coffee instead of just hot. I would have purchased coffee from them if they had offered iced.

I have begun making Sweetwaters a must have pitstop on my Michigan road trips.

I drove here from indianapolis to just get donut from sweetwaters, the donut were just ok, they were on the dry side they have always been the best so I was a little disappointed. But most of all the store was so hot like a furnace we couldn't even sit to enjoy a donut before we made the 4 1/2 hour journey back home, I was surprised that your employee's we so pleasant cause the temp inside was close to the temp outside you need to fix your air conditioning , you have them working in unsafe environment , getting heat stroke, or even fainting....you make enough money fix the AIR...

Wow, worth driving two hours for the yeast cream-filled donuts. The best! Simple interior but efficient staff and good price.

Sweetwater Donuts is hands-down one of the best donut shops I’ve ever visited. We stopped by for a spur-of-the-moment donut run because this pregnant lady *needed* a Homer Simpson donut. They were all out for the day since it was near close but Trey was so kind and made some for me! Thank you, Trey!!! This was our first visit to this location and we will definitely be back again.

Staff are kind and don’t rush you. Building is neat, clean, and quaint with a slight classic Americana feel. Donuts are good!

Got a dozen donuts and the filling on all of them are at the bottom not in the middle. Bit into it and the bottom explodes and falls apart.
