I ordered some of the three cheese flatbread melts and when I unwrapped the paper, the flatbread was completely stuck to the paper and it fell apart. I went to ask for another and the guy made another one with one piece of chicken in it.

Well I've gone to this particular location twice now. And each time it seems the staff have to hear the people at drive through through us out there with a broken microphone. No fault to them, but it's annoying when trying to say things and they're hearing something so drastically different it seems. Both times I've gone half my order has been wrong and I'm pretty sure that they're just putting in what they hear. So I hope taco bell can fix this issue because I keep forgetting each time I go and would rather go inside and avoid this problem. And this is the only location I have this problem and no matter who's working it always happens. So. There you go. Food is still normal taco bell food just make sure you go inside. Otherwise there's a 50% chance might not get exactly what you wanted.
