Placed a large order first of all. I did get all of my food but barely. My tacos were barely filled and broken in my box. My drink was half full. Employee was very rude to me the whole time. Didn’t ask me if I wanted sauces and closed the window before I could ask. Then I checked my food before leaving because of her attitude and she gave me a dirty look through the window because I was still there.

I was so polite, cordial and patient. Yet, they still forgot my 5pc nugget and sauces. Tried calling 3 times, no one picked up, robot asked for access code to continue. Then it hung up each time. Will be by tomorrow to see if they will replace my food items.

Unfortunately like a few favorite stops in Kalamazoo for food, this Taco Bell has taken a dive in getting their orders correct and having staff make sure they’re getting the right food to the right car.
This the third time in 1 month that our order has been incorrect, except this time we were given a 100% incorrect order.
Our first experience they didn’t get our bean burrito correct for our vegetarian in the house (they gave us beef), second time they gave us nacho fries we didn’t order, this time the order was 100% not ours and now I’m just frustrated.
The woman in the drive in was super nice today but honestly I’d love it if the staff were consistently just double checking the orders being correct when we are all counting on it.

They lied I’m here right now I can see them inside I’m trying to knock but they closed the door and they didn’t want to listen to me if you guys close at 3 pm said it but don’t say 4 pm and if I come 3:15 you don’t want to open for me
No banana for scale these things are tiny as hell. Crave lux box I think with the dunkers? Bummed won’t order this again.
