I ordered three those Dorito tacos and a Mexican pizza with extra meat and when I opened it up right away the tacos were all busted up in the bottoms were like blew out the bottom because they are so soggy they've been sitting like that for a while had to been then the Mexican pizza it looked like they took and dumped greasy meat all over it was oozing out it everywhere so soggy and nasty I didn't even it was gross I've never seen nothing like it and I was working 2nd shift I'm from Kalamazoo so I had to go back to work that night so I figured I'd stop up there on the way to work or at lunch time the next day which I stopped at lunch time the next night then the guy is going to get crappy with me and I had the receipt even and said what do you want me to do I wasn't here and he was supposed to been the manager so long story short I told him I wasn't leaving then he was trying to talk crap and then he realized that I wasn't going to back down total one way or another I'm getting my money but for some reason I don't know what it is I've never had this service quite that bad in Kalamazoo but the Burger King on Pearl Street about the same thing happen got cold ass food I mean cold and then they close so I had to go back the next day which they never gave me a receipt I about had to battle over my money there club back there should have seen them all looking at me they probably thought I was a crazy white boyyyy tonight I'm going to take this crap back tomorrow get back my money 💰 😭 😭
Charged me for something I didn't buy. Taco bell is too expensive as it is so I don't appreciate the upcharge. They knew their mistake and still up charged me. I won't be back

Apparently even mom&pop stores can afford to plow their parking lot, but not the Sprinkle Rd Taco Bell.
Staff attitudes here are awful; Young woman employee sitting in the dining room, on her phone, not eating. Restaurant is slammed for lunch. The manager politely asks her to jump in and help out. Her response: "They be alright without me!"
I guess the whole restaurant would be better off without her.

I always enjoy getting and receiving food from this Taco Bell location and in particular their service that they provide being friendly and beyond that going the extra mile at least that was for me or my experience whenever I was a delivery driver that would regularly pick up orders and be in direct contact with these and they never were an issue and they always were willing to provide discounts to the pickup delivery drivers or drinks occasionally being offered for free from managers especially when it was late or very long wait times for the drivers and with customers that always was just an extra little perk but I appreciate Beyond the fact that their food is one of my go to for any late night or fast food craving choices that is for sure
Dietary restrictions: I'm actually uncertain or aware of this to provide a guide following answer to those that are not able or just do not enjoy these kinds of products or are not allowed to for other reasons such as religions Etc
Parking: I'm referring to the Sprinkle Road Taco Bell that is right off of the highway and you go over the bridge and through the roundabouts down past the Speedway on your way heading in the Gull Road direction the right side of the street you can't miss it.
Kid-friendliness: Besides not having a specific play place or location for kids to go and hang out and play and they have no discrimination or denying any kind of service to kids when they are in this restaurant from what I've observed at least
Wheelchair accessibility: I have never had an issue or location where I've seen anyone or any possible ramp that might not be eligible to enter or enter the building at least for that matter will not having the proper and reasonably accessible entrances for any sort of wheelchair and or disability to be able to properly and safely enter without any issue or problem occurring and of course once again this is all my opinion and this is not in fact a factual statement that I would put 100% faith in just to clarify :)

It's Taco Bell, there's not much to explain. Sometimes it's good food. Sometimes it comes out the wrong way.
Chips tasted like they were dropped in is months-old oil, and the freeze literally tasted like onions and smelled funky. Clearly, basic cleanliness and sanitation has gone completely by the wayside here. N-A-S-T-Y!! And that's without even mentioning the shoddy, under-filled other food items. Sticking with the Westnedge locations and will never eat here again.

This taco bell is my favorite! The staff are very nice and they always make my food the way I order it. I love their chalupas and pintos with cheese and get extra red sauce, which is the best!
