I had a wonderful experience here today! Even in the middle of a snowstorm the staff was very pleasant and even lent the kids that were with us a broom and dustpan so they could clean up after themselves 😀

i ordered taco bell for delivery and didn’t receive my 2 large nachos fries. i went through the customer service and they gave me a coupon worth less than the food that they didn’t give me. when i tried to reach out to customer service again, they were unresponsive. i think it’s ridiculous i can’t even get a refund for food that i paid for, and didn’t receive.

I just wanted to share my experience from tonight at this location. Because I don't feel like people that have good experiences share them often enough. So I just wanted to give some recognition to this specific location for today because if you look at my taco it was like the most perfect taco I've ever seen from any Taco Bell I've been to so I just wanted to give them shout outs for that. And the young man at the drive thru window at 2:10am was very nice, and they were very quick and efficient. So I just wanted to give them the recognition that they deserve.

Portion sizes here have been shrinking for the last two years or so. Wait isn't bad I guess, but who cares when you're still hungry at the end - no longer fast or cheap for what you ask for, RIP taco bell

Missing and incorrect item galore here. The one thing they did get right was the added onions on my grilled cheese burrito. I think they took it a bit seriously because the burrito was literally 75% onion. Ordered soft potato tacos and got no potato’s on them? PSA: always order on the app! You can always get a refund if things are wrong!
Thank you for making all of my items wrong and not including ingredients I paid extra for after I waited 30+ minutes in your drive-thru. Terrible service

I ordered three those Dorito tacos and a Mexican pizza with extra meat and when I opened it up right away the tacos were all busted up in the bottoms were like blew out the bottom because they are so soggy they've been sitting like that for a while had to been then the Mexican pizza it looked like they took and dumped greasy meat all over it was oozing out it everywhere so soggy and nasty I didn't even it was gross I've never seen nothing like it and I was working 2nd shift I'm from Kalamazoo so I had to go back to work that night so I figured I'd stop up there on the way to work or at lunch time the next day which I stopped at lunch time the next night then the guy is going to get crappy with me and I had the receipt even and said what do you want me to do I wasn't here and he was supposed to been the manager so long story short I told him I wasn't leaving then he was trying to talk crap and then he realized that I wasn't going to back down total one way or another I'm getting my money but for some reason I don't know what it is I've never had this service quite that bad in Kalamazoo but the Burger King on Pearl Street about the same thing happen got cold ass food I mean cold and then they close so I had to go back the next day which they never gave me a receipt I about had to battle over my money there club back there should have seen them all looking at me they probably thought I was a crazy white boyyyy tonight I'm going to take this crap back tomorrow get back my money 💰 😭 😭
