Would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone the service here is terrible all the way around dine in drive through ect. They all act like they hate there job. If you looking for good service and wonderful food from any Taco Bell in Kalamazoo County S Westnedge Portage and West main are the suggested place to go even when s Westnedge is busy they always are friendly and ready to help.
So here is the deal….this place is a spin to win order at your own risk kinda vibe….you never know if it’s going to absolutely hit or if it’s gonna disappoint you so bandy you spend $30 and o my drink your Baja Blast. Good Luck, may the odds be ever in your favor!

Apparently this is what an almost $7 steak quesadilla looks like at this Taco Bell. They couldn’t even evenly distribute the steak cheese and sauce. Half of it was bare tortilla. I would be ok with the ridiculous price if it was at least made right like they used to be.

Got a Crunchwrap meal that came with no side taco that I paid for, only to find there was also no crunch in the Crunchwrap with almost no meat. I do not plan on going back. It almost as bad as a McDonald’s on Gull.

Walked in to place an order and not one employee acknowledged me for quite some time. I wanted to place an order using bit needed to place it through an employee because I had free taco coupons from my last visit that didn't go well. This time I was given the wrong order. Tried calling the store several times for a refund but nobody would even answer the phone. Won't return and I still want my refund. Clearly they do not care about their customers.
I called to address an incorrect order tonight and was promptly hung up on after asking what the confusion was while processing my order. Clearly they have no customer service skills let alone the ability to correctly make an order. Very messy, 0/10. Don’t recommend :)

Drive thru.. it was one hour into they close I had a build your own veggie box with black bean crunchwrap added potatoes onion and jalapeño they dropped potatoes fresh for my order... the best taco bell hands down
