I usually have such good experiences at this specific location. Today I took a final exam, which did not go so well, and I wanted to give myself a reward for finishing this class because it was difficult. I wanted a classic Crunchwrap supreme. But I got a funkwrap instead. I’m really disappointed and I am a loyal taco bell customer, but this is going to sway me away from this company. When I pulled out my Crunchwrap I bursted into tears because it was a funkwrap. I was already having a horrible day, and this just put the cherry right on top. I really was looking forward to eat my Crunchwrap. Even more worse when I was trying to eat it, it just fell completely apart. My day is ruined.

Always accurate and friendly. Taco Bell seems to be the only chain that has their sh*t together since the covid era. I work nights, so I use drive thrus after 11pm. There is always drama elsewhere..short staffed or cash only or one time I was hit with a, "online orders only". It's nice knowing that when I come here, and this goes for several other tacos bell locations, I can just pay for my food and go home without compromising in some way. Thank you for doing your jobs and functioning!!!!!!!!
