They messed up the order and they had a really long line and it took them forever to get the food too me after I ordered and paid.

Highly allergic to sour cream I ask them to not put sour cream on any off them and they put sour cream all over every single taco dot not recommend this Taco Bell good customer server but terrible listening skills paid $20 for the meal I can’t even eat or I’ll be going to a hospital so thanks for that never again

Food wise this is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever gone to. However, the janitor at this location kinda creeped me out. I dined in today for lunch and he kept getting uncomfortably close to me. I got up to grab my order and I sat down on the opposite side of the restaurant and he came over and got uncomfortably close again.

Food always hits, but I parked in the parking lot to eat my meal and watched an employee hit a couple blinkers and then regurgitate all over his work pants multiple times, he also wiped his face with his t shirt and I guarantee he doesnt look like the type of guy to wash his hands, hope he didn't make my food in the past🤢

This Taco Bell location always gets my order correct and includes sauces when requested. It's seriously the fastest drive thru and the employees are always friendly, too!
I went to the taco bell on N avenue and I paid for a large fruit punch rockstar and was waiting for 5 minutes before someone would even acknowledged me then I paid for a Carmel apple desert and never got one. I am a reward member I have been going to taco bell several times a week with my friends after school or leaving for lunch for years and this was very disappointing

Avoid this place if you are vegetarian or want to order just vegetarian options. They will “accidentally” put beef on shells and mix it with beans. It’s only the 3rd time this has happened. 4 people working and 1 car in drive thru. No one holds anyone accountable. Person in charge always goofing around in the lobby. Person in charge claiming new people on the line but instead of actually training he’s on his damn phone in the lobby. I feel like someone of the staff are purposely mixing beef with vegetarian options. That would be a crime. You don’t make it right by just a refund and saying have a good day. Pathetic!

I usually have a great experience at this Taco Bell and the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, during my visit today at the drive-through, the young woman at the window, seemed unapproachable. Usually, I don’t really care if someone is having a bad day and just doesn’t feel like talking, but she was STARING at me in a way that was absolutely off-putting, rude, and uncomfortable. She didn’t greet me or smile, and it made the interaction feel awkward. I hope customer interactions can be more friendly in the future, as that’s one of the reasons I enjoy coming here.
made an online order and accidentally added a beef instead of potato taco. i have a beef sensitivity so at the window i realized my mistake and asked they not put the beef taco in the bag. though i already paid, just throw it away. he told me “well online orders are pre done so if you change your mind you just take it and deal with it”. and still tried to tell me to have a nice day !

I stopped in late in to get food. They had no fountain pop or frozen drinks available but still charged me full price for our combo meals that were supposed to include drinks. On top of that. Our cheese cups for our chips and cheese that are already tiny were only half full. We didn't get any napkins in the bag and also there was no mild sauce or sauce at all. My combo did not have any tomatoes either.
Taco Bell has already raised their prices greatly. Now they are skimping on everything! They can't even provide the food or product that it is advertised at this location. Kinda like buying a new car but you don't get tires or AC

I stopped in there two days in a row to grab something to eat. Their pop machine was down. Yesterday you were able to get a lemonade. Today all you can get us a Fresca drink. For almost 4 dollars for a medium drink and I had a splash of strawberries in it and the rest of it was water. Crazy price for flavored water. Just so everybody knows that Fresca drink is 90% water for $4 dollars
