My family orders from here a couple of times a month (single father of three kids so it might not healthy but I'm busy...) normally the accuracy is on point but it depends on who is working the drivethru. I know that if the older gentleman is working I have issues everytime. He never puts our box meals in boxes so we have to open every burrito/taco to see what it is. Everyone else marks each box so its clear, and most of the time we're missing something. For instance today we did not get any of our nachos. It's never enough to take time from my day to go back but its getting kinda old.

They angrily told us they "can't see orders on their screens" and refused to elaborate if that meant we couldn't place orders or not.Don't know what was with the attitude.
Terrible service. I drive across town to go this location because they were my favorite. I’ll be going elsewhere for a while until they get new staff. The staff today were rude and forgot items. When I returned, they were passive aggressive and not helpful.

We tried dining in today. When we walked in the door, it smelled like someone pizzed on the floor...the place reeked worse than a gas station bathroom in the ghetto. Found a spot in one corner of the dining area where we could choke down our food and left. This place used to be really nice.

In all honesty I sat in my car went through drive-thru and so yeah the atmosphere was wonderful because there was nobody there to bother me but me. Going past all that of course the best part of the visit was the $5 craving box. I could eat one of those everyday I love that Taco Bell finally came up with one thing that is reasonably priced because I've always found them to be somewhat overpriced. Thank you Taco Bell for considering the people who don't have a lot of money to spend. Keep up the good work hiring those talented customer service professionalsParking: It is cozy in every way with spaces under trees out of the Sun, and generally easy to get into and out ofWheelchair accessibility: I did not need to use a wheelchair but have been there with others who did and it is a handy in and out for even the most difficult of cases.
