As with most fast food it can be pretty hit or miss. Sometimes my burrito is made perfect, other times it's one end of cold sour cream and the other end leaking with way too much sauce. The staff at this store are consistently nice which is not always true with other fast food spots.

They had one person handling on-line orders and the front counter. Four people were working the drive thru. It took 20 minutes to get my on-line order of 2 burritos.Vegetarian options: You can substitute beans for meat.
If you want your order to be correct, stay away from any taco bell located in kalamazoo and portage. Don't think I've ever visited one where there wasn't a mistake with my order. This was the most recent, taco bell stole $5 from me by forgetting to put food in bag, it was on the receipt. Picked up on my way home from work during a winter storm so I'm not going to drive back there ya know? Get it right the first time.

The staff seemed very short-handed. It took longer to get our food than it should have considering that the place wasn't that full. The food was tasty. The dining area didn't seem very inviting. It was very clean, but it was so sterile looking that it made me feel like I was eating in a hospital, not a restaurant.Vegetarian options: I highly recommend the black bean bowl, or vegetarian bowl. What they call it.

Rushed me through and messed up my order... No one was in the store or behind
I cannot comment on other shifts... But the lunch crew is on point. I've come through 1 or 2 times a week over the last couple months and it's been consistent with service. They are great to deal with and they have never messed up my order yet. And if they did, I wouldn't have been bothered because of how great your interactions are with the crew.This place is pretty quick too. Great place to stop for lunch. I'll say this place is much better than the Taco Bell closest to my home.
