Ten Ten Buffet Grill & Sushi

We had Ten Ten for dinner and it was a complete waste of $60. The food was cold (rice, chicken, steak, and egg rolls) and the food tasted terrible. We tried different variations and NO luck! The worst part was watching the employee who was bringing food out! I watched her wipe the counter and PUT THE FOOD THAT PEOPLE DROPPED ON THE COUNTER BACK IN THE FOOD! She did not clean it and throw it away! Gross! Unsanitary! Never will I recommend or go back! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere!! The ice cream/dessert area was so disgusting. It was dirty, messy, and again left over food left on the counters and mixed in w/the other desserts. Absolutely disgusting.

I had a delivery through Door Dash to pick up food from TEN TEN. The order was not fulfilled. Rather than return my money Door Dash wouldn't return my money and would not deliver my correct food. THey want to instead give me a "Credit". Credit soesn't get my food here nor does it give me my cash back. EXTORTION!!!! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN Nor will I order from TEN TEN who were at fault for not completing my order. Feb 15 2025

Ten Ten is great if you get there during busy hours. I occasionally get takeout. They charge takeout by weight.

We really like the food at Ten Ten Buffet. There are some times that the food is better than others, but with the number of choices you have, you can always find something you like.

Vegetarian options: They have many dishes with vegetables. They have the hibachi grill, allowing you to choose your own stir-fry items. They have an assortment of fresh fruit, desserts, mushrooms, etc.

Kid-friendliness: There are things like chicken wings and French fries, for kids who don't really care to eat new things. They have ice cream, cookies, and fruits. All of our grandchildren like to go to Ten Ten.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking close to the door, wide doorways, wide sidewalks, and the restaurant is spacious enough that a person in a wheelchair would be able to get around. I think the bathrooms may be a bit small for someone in a wheelchair.

Been going to TenTen as our go to buffet for years but have recently noticed prices keep going up for the buffet (as they should for quality service/food in todays expensive age) the food quality has been going downhill along with our most recent trip where we received multiple dirty silverware/napkin wrap sets. May try other establishments next time
