This is our third visit and all three visits the host, the server,and the food were very good…each visit we all ordered different meals and enjoyed everything. Nice surprise getting senior disc.

Got T-bone and baked potato steak quality is medium to low, loaded bake potato was cold butter took some smashing to melt. I was hopeful to find a spot in Kalamazoo for a go to. I doubt i will be back to try another dish Didnt clean my plate for good reason.

Excellent experience-- Food was great, service was kind and prompt, and overall, we were very pleased with this restaurant! Parking was also ample.
We recommend the filet mignon medallion meals, the baked potato, and the wings were also very solid. While we did not imbibe on this occasion, drinks were ~$9 for cocktails (ranged), so very reasonable here as well.

Ordered pickup. Order was accurate but the quality was awful. Baked potato was old and dry. Steak was not good at all. Why charge so much for food when you give out a bad quality .

We had been looking at this restaurant all weekend thinking it was probably similar to a Texas Roadhouse, so we came for dinner and ordered the Full Slab of BBQ to split between the two of us. We saw an ad that said the sauce was cooked into the meat, which is the way we like our BBQ, but these ribs were more like steamed ribs with the sauce brushed on just before serving. They had too much fat on them; we like our ribs lean and somewhat crispy. We are accustomed to St. Louis style ribs, and these were a little bit disappointing. The soup was actually chili and it was very good. Our side dish was the Brussel Sprouts, and they were excellent. The rolls were served with a delicious cinnamon butter. Our server, Tyler, brought our meal very quickly so the service was good. They have a popcorn machine and a barrel of peanuts in the lobby and this self-serve feature is very nice. We would come again, but we would try a different entree next time.

My first experience with Texas Corral was somewhat disappointing. I ordered takeout for several reasons; too long for this post. One, however, is because I believe you can tell a lot about a restaurant by how takeout customers are treated. I’ll begin by saying that the 5 stars a Strictly due to the wonderful young man who chatted with me at the entry while my order was being checked. He was an absolute delight, and I appreciated it so much. My order was ready as stated, and this is what I found when I arrived home. 1. Everything I ordered was in the bag. 2. Things were warm and looked fresh. 3. The streak was prepared exactly as I asked. However: 4. There were only 3 halves in the Corral skins order instead of 4. No big deal; they threw in extra rolls. 5. My side of chili seemed small so I measured it. The container had just slightly over 2 ounces. That seemed a bit skimpy. But that concern was topped when I tasted the chili. It was if someone had dumped a tablespoon of salt into it. I nearly gagged. It went directly into the trash. The steak was a bit salty but not so bad that I couldn’t tolerate it. The chili- horrible. I am mystified by such poor oversight. Management might want to check seasoning use, especially salt.
