I went here for the first time many, many years ago once. I made a second visit recently. Now I know why I only made the one visit back in the 90s. I won't be going back again.

This is the type of food that you can only really eat and enjoy when your smashed drunk. Possibly making it even easier to hurl so you feel a little better. Not impressed. Soggy mushy burrito with bland flavor.

The food is very fresh and I always get good service when I go there. I love how soft and fresh the corn tortillas are and they always have the best deals like buy one get one free ect. I would eat there everyday if I could . I'm currently eating for two and their portions serves me very well. I love it there.

I stopped for dinner at the Big Burrito after getting a recommendation online. The staff was quick and professional, and the interior was pretty basic. The food was good, however, and they don’t seem to be joking about making big burritos. I got a wet burrito which was very filling and filled with plenty of spice beef and veggies. I was quite happy with my meal, and the prices were decent.
Not the same as it used to be. Messed up my order and it was cold. Gave me part of someone else's order because the servers were busy talking about some guy and their weekend plans. Just disappointed.

7/11/24 as much as I try new Mexican places, I always come back to Big Burrito for chorizo and barbacoa taco mexicanos (highlighted by lotsa fresh cilantro) , crispy tostadas, the flagship burrito and best pico salsa in the area. Service is fast and friendly and the rewards program is the best around offering $10 free for every $100 expended.

First time there and the two young ladies behind the counter were friendly, courteous and very helpful with helping us make our order. My burrito was huge, tasty and everything they said it would be and then some. The taste and size of my burrito superseded my expectations!! The next time I'm in the area, I will revisit. Highly recommend!!

Nothing close to authentic Mexican food, Taco Bell taste better than this. The burritos were not well wrapped , the meat is not appetizing at all and taste very processed.
