I've been there 4 different times and each time my food was cold, the drink was disgusting AND not what I ordered

Never ever write reviews, me and my sister wanted to try Tim hortons for the first time so we went to this west main location today, ordered two medium vanilla lattes, were handed one medium vanilla latte, and one large iced coffee? When we got home we completely re-made our own coffee… and the sandwiches were ice cold. The egg in one of the sandwiches was also green…? (Pic included) The staff was okay, seemed like they did not like their job though… also couldn’t use the app bc it said the store was closing soon, when it was still open for 3 more hours? Would not recommend based off of our first experience.

I stopped here after being in the car for a couple hours, needed to kill time and let my little girls use the bathroom and get a donut while we waited for my husband to finish a work errand. And I found out I didn’t have my wallet and I didn’t have any cards saved on my phone. I was about to have to leave with 3 very upset little girls but then they gifted me with the donuts for free. It was such a relief. That was so sweet of them and really made this mama’s day SO much easier. Thank you Tim Hortons ❤️

Very nice staff that were clearly in over their heads. It took us 20 minutes to get our order which contained multiple mistakes, some we caught while we were there, some we didn't notice until after we left. Multiple outages of food, served us a room temperature coffee along with a hot one, both were incorrectly labelled. Again, I cannot overstate how disappointed I was in the service of this place, but the 4 over worked kind people there were likely doing their best.
I ordered online and when I went to the drive thru I was told they were out of everything I ordered and to seek a refund online. Online customer service said it was the store's responsibility to process refunds. Went through the drive thru again to tell them this, and they still didn't know what I was talking about. As far as I'm concerned, they stole my $25

I'll say this has some of the best French vanilla cappuccino I've had in a very long time since it's not homemade. Love the tidbits too.
Parking: 15 Plus spots and their staff are fast.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessibility is right across from the handicap sign.
