My coffee was nasty, if you are going to run a coffee shop...Please don't give customers the burnt bottom, make a fresh pot. My cup of Joe looked like hot chocolate with stale water and donut tasted a day old and this was around 9 am so prime hour for customers.

I have to update this review because it has really fallen off from the 5-star pre-covid service. The food is still good when they have the thing you want in stock and can make it. The drinks haven't changed, but the dining room is still always closed as of June 2023. They didn't have lettuce or tomato to make the Bagel BELT. Was told they could still do other bagels though. I tried to order the Everything Bagel breakfast sandwich and then was told they only had blueberry. So, ok, blueberry bagel with sausage and egg - whatever. I wanted a donut but they didn't have crullers.This wasn't the first time I've had this happen at this store. For whatever reason the Portage store seems to be more reliable even when its dining room is closed. But I'm struggling to think of anywhere else that still has their lobbies closed all the time other than the awful W. Main Taco Bell. Figure it out.

Store never sticks to posted hours, either on Google or their own app. 2nd time this week I've made an order only to find them closed.

Avocado toast was not toasted, just a slice of very thin bread and to top it off, the avocado spread was ice cold. Sausage English muffin sandwiches were not toasted at all either and sausage was not warm.We went through the drive through so by the time we opened the food we were on our way out of town. Disappointing to pay $15 and not enjoy your food at all.
