Food and smoothies are good, but they are overpriced. This location needs to work on staffing. The last 3 or 4 times I've come here, I've had to wait 20-30 minutes for 1 smoothie. Not enough staff, and the staff they have always seem overwhelmed.

I reside in Grand Rapids but ended up visiting my sister and I got my first bowl from gr and it was amazing and ended up coming here and my Açaí bowl was frozen with fresh fruit on top. Had a concern about it and was told that it comes frozen… I doubt that because my first one before didn’t come frozen it came fresh. It’s a SMOOTHIE bowl not a frozen fruit bowl.

Door Dashers need to be respected as they pick their food up.The rolling of the eyes and the disrespectful attitude is not good customer service, in general everyone deserves respect. And dasher bring more money to the company, no need to be rude.

I go here once a week because the smoothie is good and they are normally fast. The workers are usually nice. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the Owner and corporate. You have cut their food menu major and only have two salad options which is fine I understand that but they give you one souffle cup of dressing which is not enough for a whole salad. Every other restaurant gives you one dressing for a side salad and two for a big salad. Not that big of deal though because I always just ask for one more. Now though you guys are charging EXTRA for the extra dressing. I paid for my dressing with a smile on my face but at this point the food and smoothie is not worth the $18 after tip) I am paying for the "pair". I will not be going here once a week anymore.

It's always frustrating to go to a restaurant and find that they are not serving a highly publicized food item. Apparently this location is not doing smoothie bowls right now, despite having 2 menu boards with smoothie bowls and a sidewalk sign. So.... That's disappointing.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location… But for the last couple days my order has be wrong… Or I’m waiting for 15+ mins.. I am not satisfied..
I got to this location at 8:53 tonight and the open sign was off but the door was open. i went inside and asked to make an order. they said they already cleaned up andi could not order. i asked if they are open and he said technically. so i said ok can i order. and he said no. so i said i was confused and asked to order again. he said i guess we can make a couple smoothies but that's all. i said great that's what i came for. they took my order and made the 2 smoothies and we were out of the store 8:59 before they closed. their customer service was horribleand they argued with me when i wanted to buy food before they closed. so rude.
