I ordered an Apple pie paradise smoothie, it wasn’t blended very well. There were pieces of ice and chunks of apple and it tasted nothing like it should. Very disappointing.

Husband an I got 2 smoothies and both were amazingly good! Friendly service and not long of a wait although they were not busy the day we went in.

Rude staff. Curbside is not curbside you have to go and get it. Not sure why I am tipping someone to not bring my food to me and force me to bring my car seat bound child back and forth to the car 3 times to get my order.

I just ordered a bowl and asked for extra nutella and there littetally is none on here.....
I had to wait 20 minutes for three smoothies because one of the workers was in her phone instead of making drinks for multiple customers.

It was fine. I will certainly be back but it wasn't the best experience. This was my first time at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe and while it won't be my last, I may be hesitant to return. When we walked in, we were hit by a very pungent smell kind of like something was extremely burnt. It was very off-putting and definitely not something I wanted to smell first thing in the morning or when I'm about to eat. The smell aside, it was small but relatively pleasant inside. As a first timer here, the menu was extremely confusing and overwhelming with so many options to choose from and many of which seemed to be pretty expensive. I got the peanut butter crunch bowl for around $12 or so and while it was good and filling, it wasn't the best. Even with banana, almonds, peanut butter, cocoa nibs, and honey, it still tasted pretty bland and for $12, though it filled me up, was a surprisingly small serving probably less than 2 cups for the whole thing. The service was excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about that. Overall, my first time wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to write home about.

I walked in at 8:46pm and wanted to place an order but the lady said they already closed everything down and nothing was available. Just a suggestion; you should change your closing time to 8:45pm or lock the doors because you’re no longer servicing the public at that time.
High quality, yummy smoothies. The food is really good as well.

Can’t acknowledge you when you walk in. I had to stand there and wait for 10 minutes while the workers just stared at me. Do better. AND without fail the past two times I’ve been in, I’ve ordered ranch with my food, and they give me the wrong sauce. If I have to pay $1.00 more for some sauce, I should get it.

Would rate them higher if they would pick up the phone. They’ll be completely empty & not pick up the phone, I place pick up orders in the mornings daily or every other day on my way to work. I usually have to call at least 5 times before they pick up IF they decide to pick up & no customers are ever there when I go or call.
