Slower than molasses on a frozen tundra. It took at least 30 minutes for our 2 smoothies and one wrap. Our wrap got mixed up in another food order and then when we explained who had what, she still gave us the wrong thing and we had to explain it again. Not worth the time at all and the service was nothing to write home about

They can never get Doordash orders right. Today I received some nasty smoothie in lieu of the peanut butter banana Flatbread I ordered. Then Doordash tells me they can't order redelivery because the store shut their tablet off. Tried to call, no answer. I'm pregnant and probably overly pissed off about this but truly I don't care because that's just lazy. Yall really can't slap peanut butter, bananas, and honey on a Flatbread? Give me a break lmao Not to mention I ordered curbside pickup last week and ended up having to go inside to get it anyway because the employees were drinking around in the back. Poor service all the way around, I'll just start going to Portage.

Wonderful welcome, lady with RBF. I ordered the new bowls...took my family for lunch, ordered the new bowls, to our surprise they smash the lids on these, crushing the fresh fruit, making everything stick to the lid, wonderful. Then to our surprise the smoothie base is frozen, "it comes in this way, we have to keep it in the freezer". I mention it to the staff, im told "in 5 mins you can eat it", I was with my family, eating inside. So in "5 mins" i can eat lunch with my family. I am now home 20 mins later and its slowly melting. Freezing this made it very dry. One of your competitors serves theirs fresh. Which is what i expected. I was very disappointed by them being frozen.

I'm done coming to this location. Everytime I'm waiting 15-20 mins while the employees work on online orders. It seems very understaffed and some of the employees don't have a sense of urgency.

Smoothie good like always, but zero customer service. Man working this morning couldn't stay off his phone even long enough to take our order. Put the smoothies on blender and immediately got on his phone again.

I will never order from here again… I ordered a quesadilla and a smoothie and never received my food… the driver forgot it apparently and then came back and got it 15 minutes later(?) but it never got to my house… the lady I spoke with was completely aware that I never received my food and didn’t offer to do anything like refund my order or even just the quesadilla? After talking to door dash they transferred me back to the store… I’m out 20$ for a single smoothie lol this is terrible customer service and is unacceptable in this situation

Sara, I believe is her name, I wasn’t going to say anything but it’s bothering me, I left before I could order bc she was being completely inappropriate with the other girls working. Whatever her position is she needs some training in communication AND management if she was the one In charge.
I love tropical smoothie they are yummy the price is a little high but they are worth it!
