I went to this place when it was in Kalamazoo Michigan on the mall area downtown. My first expressions was overwhelming how many teas and spices they had. Well overwhelming until the lady behind the counter helped. She explained stuff very well. Came in feeling overwhelmed at the selection left feeling not overwhelmed but satisfied that service was great. I roast coffee at home. There is lots of videos and help online. When it comes to video about creating tea at home not so much....
This is a super cute shop with an extensive list of teas. The coffee is some of the best I've ever bought. They offer a great selection of fair-trade gifts. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a place I'll definitely visit anytime I go to Paw Paw.
