I walked in to Victorian and even in the afternoon they seemed to have a great selection of items! You could tell they were busy that day, but still great items to choose from. I picked a few favorites (almond chocolate croissant) and some new to me items (Japanese Cream Puff 🤯), and spent way too much money, but it was worth every penny!! Go visit this charming bakery where you pick out items and can see into the open bakery! Oh, and they have gelato now too!

When my husband has been at Bronson for a procedure or as an inpatient, the tradition is me going to the Victorian Bakery for a few choice treats for A GOOD Patient Present !!! Always great baked goods. I try to get crackers when I am in Michigan. They are so popular if you don't get them early they are sold out. Due to the bad weather, they still had stock and I got 3 bags. I also sample and bought the raspberry oat bar, yummy

Every pastry that we have tried was amazing! We have been coming here for years. High quality ingredients, and not overly sweet is very appreciated in a world full of overly processed and sugar filled shelf stable desserts. The cookies are crispy, with a soft and chewy center that my toddler and husband enjoy. The croissants are layered with flavor. The almond bars have a buttery soft crust, layered with a hint of almond soft center filling then crusty top. The cupcakes are a bit too dense for our liking, however the buttercream is delicious.
