Love this place. Original campus tavern for Western Michigan University. Very fun on game day! Food is great and beer is fresh and cold. Don't listen to any other reviews! Their one bad experience does not do justice to what an amazing place this is.

Normally go here weekly. Like every week. I get the same thing. Now apparently the manager told the server they don’t do modifications. In this case no pickle.
So subtracting something that would save them money is not something they will no longer do.
I went to college in the area around 30 years ago, and Waldo's is still the same friendly watering hole. Friendly staff behind the bar, and ice cold beer on tap. It's nice to see the place stay the same. I'll definitely visit again when in the area.

I got thrown out for NOT being drunk. I also was told be a worker that there’s a policy that all unfinished drinks were free after 11 PM. I later caught the person using both racial and homophobic slurs. I asked for a water, and they refused me service. Do better. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Jay is the absolute worst. He’s rude and places his hands on people in an aggressive manner

Great bar and atmosphere! My friend waited patiently in line to order a round of drinks. The bartender took his money and tip when ordering then filled 5 other customer orders until we reminded her that we had an order in. My friend was pissed. This place can do better.
